We are located in a gated community close to all amenities. Enjoy the breathtaking view while feeling the ocean breeze. At night, you can relax in the tranquility of the surroundings while listening to the sounds of crickets, frogs, and owls.
Experience the dream of living in a tiny house. The house features a full bathroom, a loft with a queen-sized bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a seating area.
We have two other AirBNBs on our 5-acre property, but rest assured that they are all very private.
Take pleasure in the breathtaking view of sunsets, stars, and the refreshing ocean breeze. Experience a unique off-grid feeling with convenient access to all your needs. If you are considering purchasing a tiny house, we invite you to try ours. Our 400 sqft tiny house comes with a spacious 480 sqft deck, perfect for dining while enjoying stunning valley views. Come and enjoy the peacefulness of nature from our front porch.
To ensure our privacy, we will leave a map in the tiny house to show you where you are welcome to walk to, example, the orange orchard and by the lavender fields.
We live on the property but would like to provide you the best privacy. We will respond to your messages and provide help when needed. You probably will see us playing fetch with our dogs, but we will respect your privacy.
It feels far far away, but it's really close to everywhere. The closest store is located in the RV park and the golf resort which are about 5mins away from the community gate.
The unlit community road is well paved. Our own neighborhood only has 12 residences and some of them are farmers. Please respect our neighbors.
In less then 15 minutes, we are close to golf, hiking, restaurants, wine tasting, local breweries, biking, fishing, casinos and many more. 40 minutes to the ocean, 30 minutes to Safari Park, many many Vineyards and 15 minutes to the famous Yellow Deli!
Coffee machine and microwave are provided.
The comfortable memory foam mattress is on the loft so it involves walking up steep stairs. Remember it's a Tiny house so the bathroom is a little small and may be difficult for people over 6 feet tall.

Perfect for a calm getaway
I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased and I felt super safe with it being in a gated community. There’s a few different rental options on their property and I’d consider staying at any of them in the future. I didn’t capture any photos, but they’re very accurate for the listing. Thanks again for the great stay

It was an adventure for sure.
The tiny house was extremely cute. The owners are very kind and are quick to respond to any questions. However the space could be made more comfortable even though the heater was available and ran, the heat escaped through the roof
