Items observed during our stay:1.Hot water outages – The hot water heater failed on two separate occasions.2.Hot tub condition at arrival – The hot tub was only half full and not usable at check-in.3.Murphy bed – The Murphy bed was not functional, affecting sleeping arrangements.4.Drive time to Tremblant – Actual travel time was materially longer than advertised on the listing.5.Amenity disclosures – We were notified the night before arrival that the tanning bed and air hockey table were broken. In addition, it was not disclosed that the Pop-A-Shot basketball game was broken and that the pool table was effectively unusable due to uneven flooring beneath it.6.Cleanliness – The home did not meet expected cleanliness standards, including:•Dead insects throughout the house•Dirty vent registers•Mousetraps left out in open areas, including bedrooms•Bedding with visible burn marks and holes7.Exterior conditions – Exterior ashtrays were full of cigarette butts upon arrival.8.Snow removal – The property had not been shoveled, and a snow wall blocked the walkway between the front door9.Interior maintenance – Broken floor tiles and multiple electrical outlets hanging out of the walls.10.Railings – Interior and exterior railings were loose/dislodged, with exposed nails and limited structural support.
