Relax at Southern Luxuries Farmhouse, a beautiful, romantic setting! This 4 bedroom/1.5 bath is perfect for the whole family, a magical night's sleep when traveling through the area, or an even longer stay! Has hi speed Internet, RV hookup, & sleeping arrangements for up to eight. Situated 15 min from I-75, Tifton, and Sylvester. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature from our front porch swing, grill a meal & enjoy eating outdoors, or relax around our cozy fire pit for a nostalgic country stay!

The Space:
Guests are invited to utilize the entire property which includes parking spaces for up to 4 cars/2 RVs, a cozy front porch with swing and new BBQ grill with eating area, and a spacious 2 acre back yard all with hi speed WiFi coverage, & complete with a fire pit!

Inside Southern Luxuries Farmhouse you will find sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people, 4 Roku Smart TVs & Xbox for entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms:

1. Bonny Blue Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Loveseat, TV with Roku, and Electric Fireplace Insert.

2. Scarlett Bedroom: 1 King Bed, sound machine, TV with Roku, Electric Fireplace.

3. The Master's Bedroom: 1 King Bed, TV with Roku, Large Walk-in Closet contains 1 roll-away twin bed and 1 queen size, 1 twin size air mattresses.

Sliding Glass Doors lead out to private shaded balcony for 2 overlooking back yard.

Back Door leads to private driveway from paved road under Southern Live Oak tree.

4. The Bedchamber: 1 Twin DayBed, Dedicated Workspace with WiFi printer, Dressing Table with chair and makeup mirror, attached private 1/2 bath.

We met our family there to watch our son play baseball at ABAC. The home is spacious and comfortable close to Tifton and very well kept. Check in process was a little challenging as the instructions for check in didn’t work for us. We got in a little after 8 pm on Friday and couldn’t access the property as the code instructions didn’t work. We were able to reach VRBO customer service for an updated code which took about 15 mins of sitting in the porch. Other than the code mishap the place was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

A great little retreat location

For our needs, this property perhaps wasn't the best fit, although the property itself is nice. We were attending an all day event southeast of Tifton, and required at least two bedrooms for two night's lodging. For us, this property was cheaper and nicer than probably any hotel accommodations we might find in the region, though it was farther from our activity and was convenient for us. I think this property would be excellent for a family retreat, or small family reunion, or several couples wishing to hang out for a few days.
