Odor in rooms, hair balls on floor of bathroom, even a shake left in the fridge, kind of scary that housekeeping was so careless especially with the current COVID situation. I won’t be back

it was an nice place to stay. some of the things seem old but still not too bad

The price and location being near restaurants and fast food

When i booked this hotel it said it imcluded "breakfast for 2". For thisbreason we booked here. When we arrived they had a sign at the desk that breakfast was no longer included ($7 fee).

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Right near the canyon.

All went good till we learned that swimming pool was cold when we all wanted to swim at evening before 9 pm and the worker said it’s heated earlier and then I went in asked why is t it heated they said it not heated.. Why need to lie about that and close at 10 pm when someone would like to swim when it’s warm not cold!

Bad smell in room. Refrigerator in room was broken. Hotel in general appeared to have been nice in past, but run down now.

We liked the location but the bathroom needs serious updating. The fan was so loud and the shower hard to pull on.

The room was clean and spacious. The toilet needed attention. When I stay in a hotel I expect maid service. We wouldn't have had any if I hadn't have seen her in the hallway. The drapes were half hanging on the rods. What would it take to hang them properly. But the bed was good and there was a breakfast.

It was old, dirty, loud, expensive, NO ELEVATOR!! We were told because it was because it was built in the 50’s??!! 🙄 The room and hallway had a real bad smell/smells. The breakfast we paid more for was not kept supplied, and not sanitary!! Awful experience!

To be honest, there wasn't anything super special about this hotel. BUT, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. That's all I ever want in a hotel.

Didn’t get to stay due to my card being declined and asked to do earlier when we arrived but then it happened before 3 pm..

The bathroom was disgusting. When we went in there was a long dark hair on top of the toilet seat. There was pibic hair on the ceiling. over the shower. You could also see where they had painted over hair as well. There was hair behind the the faucet at the sink. The whole bathroom reeked of urine. When i told the front desk the man just said: "Oh. I will look into that. They never did anything. Not even a sorry.
