Bed was very comfortable but the hotel was a bit run down overall. The carpets were stained, especially in the hallway. Most disturbing was the unlocked back patio door. The drapes were drawn and I wouldn't have seen it had I not decided to look outside. It would have been opened all night and anyone could have walked in. The breakfast was ok and did offer eggs, sausage and Eggo waffles.

Room smelt old and moldy, we woke up with allergy issues. The carpet had stains all over and the bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners. Ice machine broken and the key cards didn't work very well everyone I spoke to said you had to try over and over to get to outside door to open. Would not stay there again, way over priced.

Extremely rude staff especially the manager, had trouble checking in and had to contact orbiz myself because the manager just wouldn't help she wouldn't even tell me the issue had been resolved I had to wait for orbitz call telling me to check in meanwhile I was standing at the desk the place was filthy and I was given a room that was clearly slept in sheet on one of the beds was not changed the room had a very strong urine and mold smell the new room they gave me wasn't much better as far as cleanliness goes halways are discusting junkies in the hallways this place is gross save yourself some money and go somewhere else or sleep in your car definitely not a good place for children

Sleeping there was good. Night front desk manager did not follow up on my request as to why housekeeping did not clean my room. Day desk manager gave me $35.00 credit. She was very helpful.

Very nice, everyone was friendly and helpful! Would stay there again!! Great, breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a great deal for price. I loved the room and the breakfast

Stayed one night, the rate was low which is a great thing. No microwave or refrigerator, ok to stay once but would probably choose a different hotel with a bit more value next time. Sorry!

The pictures make the hotel look nice. The hotel actually looks abandoned and deserted. Got in the room and the towels were brown and the sheets were dirty. There was no mini refrigerator and everything was broken. It was not worth the $85 I paid.

Had dinner at Jakers and walked back. Sat on the balcony and smoked a cigar with my coffee. Very relaxing.

The ice machines were broke, the carpets worn, no hot tub or indoor pool. The breakfast was about a 5 out of a 1 to 10 rating.

Breakfast was great, front staff excellent, but room would have been great except it was filthy.

not enough space to write but got a full refund never going back there stunk was dirty maid beat on our door at 9 am for cleaning heater didn't work fridge ran all night floor sunk in trip in room got a full refund on the floor with sliding glass doors snow up on the door so kept room cold

Front staff were unfriendly. Room carpet was horribly stained. 'Continental' breakfast was $6.95!!

Bed was comfortable. Staff very nice. Bathroom was not clean. Tub did not drain, heat lamp did not work and had something disgusting splatter on it. Floor had hair in the corners. Toilet had the "ring" inside from not being cleaned. Overall appearance of the hotel was that of a much needed update. Breakfast was good.

Check in went well however we paid $120 for our room and it was not worth it. The room was dingy and had a smell to it, the carpet was stained and I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. The beds were comfortable enough and I was able to get my fire stick to work on the tv but there were dogs that barked all night long and there were dirty linens sitting in the hallway for 2 days. The security door was broken and didn't securely close. The breakfast was really good but over all I can't see staying at this hotel again I can stay at a different hotel within 5 minutes of this one for the same price but 10 times better quality

The staff was great and I left by vet hat and told them I would be back on Sunday. They had it ready for me. Staff was great!

This place was awful. There were stains everywhere. The chair was worn out with stains and the carpet was disgusting and covered with stains. The bathroom smelled like urine and had a dirty shower curtain. The hotel crib was dirty and the hotel didn't have sheets for it, so we had to go to the store and buy our own. The only upside was that our room didn't have bed bugs.

The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The maid service left a lot to be desired, (empty beers cans left on the balcony from the guests that stayed before us their room keys were still on the desk in the room and who knows what else was forgotten). We checked in and dropped our bags because we were running late for a family party, we got back to the room very late and just went straight to bed, so we didn't notice these things until the next morning. The front desk staff apologized, but that was it. I don't think it is a bad place to stay but I would definitely check the room first next time. I am sure the front desk would switch to a new room.

I am staying here for a work trip, and I have stayed here for a couple weeks now. I like it, for a home away from home.

The Hotel was located in a good convenient place. The rooms were nice, the cleanliness not so good. The first night, I went to set up the coffee pot and someone else's coffee grounds were still in the machine....no biggie, I clean it out....Next day (I booked for 2 nights) my room didn't get made up. So we called front desk, they sent roomservice to fix it...the staff were nice, but we had a couple housekeeping issues. Overall the experience was just ok at best.
