The Campbell Hotel is such a great place to stay. The rooms are always quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is central and everything is easy to get to. My wife and I have stayed here four-years in a row for our yearly trip to Tulsa for the Chili Bowl, and we will be back again next year!

The hotel building was very old and the floors creak when walking. If you like old that's fine but keep in mind the walls are thin and you will be able to hear people talking in the hallway.

Took us a few minutes to find the room, but it was overall comfortable. Also took a few minutes to figure out how to turn the fireplace on, the room was a bit cold. Only real criticism was the hair on the wall in the shower, that was kinda gross.

The hotel location was excellent, but the hotel has been used and not updated; one bedside lamp was broken, the floors creaked, the bathtub had no grab bars, chair cushions were worn out and there were no spare blankets of pillows. The staff was excellent, coffee bar well stocked. Free parking

Our room was spotless and uniquely designed. Our sheets were very clean and top of the line quality. The staff was over the top courteous and accomodating. The bar was quaint and also over the top accomodating. We highly recommend this unusual and surprising hotel. You will love your stay.

Room was in nice condition but the walls are so paper thin that we could hear our shared door neighbors arguing until 2:30am. Very nice staff and decent price for what we could find in the area. Photographs a bit nicer than in person

Beautiful hotel, location wasn’t as “walkable” as we’d hoped but it was decent. The Keurig and bottled water in the room was great. The one star off was the bathroom. I don’t think they cleaned it and we had a floss pick on the floor at check-in which we left and it didn’t get picked up for the whole stay.

I booked The Campbell Hotel because it’s advertised as a “historic boutique hotel,” but the reality was far from what’s shown online. The room was large, but the white ottoman was torn, the sofa had a concerning stain that looked like male bodily fluids , and the toilet seat was old, worn, and discolored. The bed was comfortable, but it was covered with so many throw pillows that the only place to put them was on the floor, making the room feel cluttered. The curtains were extremely heavy and attached with makeshift wires, and when I tried to open them, they fell completely off the wall. The bathroom sink had zero counter space for basic toiletries, and although the shower was large, it had visible stains that looked like mold or mildew. The step up into the bathroom is also a tripping hazard, especially at night. The room’s split A/C and heating units were difficult to control. When I arrived, the room was freezing; after warming it up, the unit wouldn’t cool back down or turn off. I had to call the manager at 8 p.m., and even she struggled to fix it. On top of everything, Route 66 is currently under heavy construction, and if your room faces the street, expect to be woken early by loud equipment and constant noise. When I reported these issues, the manager (John Michael) simply said that renovations were coming soon. Unfortunately, that doesn’t help guests staying now. I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel and it should be removed from the Expedia platform.

Dirty sheets, comforter and throw pillows. Found drugs under the mattress and front desk don’t seem to care. Someone also complained of bed bugs a few rooms away.
