I did not feel unsafe, but the area has some homeless. We could walk to several restaurants. The room was nice and dark so we slept well. The bed was comfortable but had some dips in the mattress. (Room 210) and we did not have full shampoo or body wash in the room. We would stay there again and we are in December. The staff is very helpful and took care of the items we needed.

I liked the area that we stayed in. It seems like the hotel really needs a new coat of paint. Paint is chipped throughout in the room and throughout the hotel. It was priced accordingly, but I think it would really help the hotel if there was some remodeling. There was a pillow that was ripped and the sheet had a hole in it, but small things tend to add up. Overall not a bad stay, just needs a little remodeling.

Really unique and eclectic hotel right on Route 66, built when the highway was originally being built. Rooms are super cool and have the character missing in todays box mass produced hotels. Plenty of dining and points of interest nearby. Highly recommended.

How fun to try a new hotel

What a delightful hotel. Not your typical chain which was refreshing! Check-in and out was super simple. We were in town to watch our grandson play football. He was on the winning NAVY team so that made it extra special. thanks for such a great location!!

This property has a ways to go as a restored establishment. The area is interesting, but no really great places to eat without traveling, and the hotel lacks amenities other than rooms and a bar. We've stayed in some sketchy places and bnb's over the years and the bed we had there was possibly the most uncomfortable, mushy experience we've ever had.
