Wonderful boutique hotel about a short walk from the stadium. There was a small issue with the room that the desk staff dealt with immediately with a beautiful upgrade. Thank you. Housekeeping was amazing and on point. I would only recommend that the fixtures around the locks appear tighter. They were secure. Just the New Yorker in me, who grew up with a deadbolt, turn lock, and a police lock, needed a level-up sense of security (even in Tulsa). You can take the girl out of Brooklyn....Overall, the staff is pleasant and easy to talk to and the rooms beautifully decorated with area themes. It was a great place to spend our anniversary weekend and to watch my son’s football game against TU.
We went for our anniversary and had a great time. The room was fun and unique compared to most hotels!
An old boutique hotel, but it well-kept, clean and the staff are phenomenal. They were even willing to change our room to one with a tub when we asked. The restaurant adjacent was delicious and reasonably priced with nice staff also. I look forward to staying here again
When checking in the gentlemen running the desk said they were overbooked & i wasnt gonna get a room even tho i pre paid online. He said he could put us in the upgraded room we paid for then they would have to move me the next day into another room since our stay was for 2 nights. When i asked if the room was specifically requested that he was going to assign us & he said no, thats when I said it didnt make sense to move us at all & suggested he assign the incoming guest to the room he wanted us to move to. Guessing this guy might be new I overlooked the rudeness in which he acted never looking at me, when he apologized u could tell it wasnt meant. Our room was smaller then what it looks like, hair on walls, dust everywhere, phone didnt work, no robes as advertised, even it was on the literature in lobby No clothes bags, tub nasty, light switchs didn't work. Original hardwood very beautifully waxed, no runner rugs laid down so everyone walking in rooms & hallway. I could hear my nieghbor use the restroom & down the hall everyone heard the new in love couple very clearly. When i used my phone to call front desk to say we didnt take the robes that the room should have the lady told me that we were not at the Ritz, breakfast was none existing the restaurant the hotel had no longer belonged to them, so u got a muffin that was it. I asked for my money back for 2nd night and half the money for 1st night manager very unapologetic didnt even call herslef and only returned 2nd night.
All I can i say I WOW! This place is amazing inside. The outside is very misleading. The rooms are amazing. Room 201, wow!!
Beautiful boutique hotel near the university of Tulsa right on historic Route 66. Each room unique and very comfortable.
I love this restored hotel along Route 66 in Tulsa. I try to stay there (if they have available rooms) whenever I visit my son at the University of Tulsa. It has begun to feel like a home away from home.
We loved how unique this hotel is compared to others we have stayed in. Each room is decorated in a theme. We had a cowboy theme in our room. The common areas were also very fun. The outside of the hotel does not look like much but, it was a great place inside.
