A great, cozy little place on the water.

It was a fantastic little room. We were provided with everything we could have needed for our stay. The host was great at communicating and always made sure we were good. Really enjoyed my stay and would 100% book this place again!

This unit was filthy and disgusting. There was live roaches, crawling around the kitchen in addition the roach eggs laying on the floor against the baseboards. There was so much hair in this entire unit that I could make a wig for somebody. In addition, I reached out to the property management company and they just brushed us off. Stating that they’re cleaning crew takes pictures after the showing how nasty and disgusting this unit was cleaning is done. Well I took all my own pictures and videos.

Weird place, very small bedroom off of the main hall- window looks on to the hall that everyone in the building walks down. Floors were extremely dirty.

Fun time by the water

Local staycation!

We were looking for a place local to Tampa for our family to stay in before my daughter went back to college after spring break. This condo was perfect for a short local stay. Everything with the condo was as advertised with accessibility to everything we needed. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and was roomier than expected. For anyone looking for an affordable stay this is a great place to relax!

Great Place to Stay on the Bay!

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was great and the pool cafe/bar was a nice awesome. Highly recommend this place

Slightly disappointed

The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. Several hours after checking in notified management that sliding glass door had no lock. It could not be locked . Sent 3 messages before I got a reply. They would notify maintenance. We were there 5 days and it was never fixed. Understand that we were on 3rd floor and no one was probably going to climb up and break in , but very uneasy feeling that we were vulnerable.

Quick stay before cruise

Hubby and I needed a space to crash for a couple of days before our cruise departed plus it was my bday. Had a good enough time for what we needed. Grabbed a bite to eat at the bar near the pool and at a few local restaurants. Delicious! Definitely need a car as there are not too many places to eat/attractions near condo.

Restful stay

Place was clean and had a nice view. Pool was warm and wonderful. The food and service at the grill was great, the fish tacos, breakfast and everything we ate was delicious. Music at the grill in the evening was good too. My only small disappointment was nothing was close enough to walk to like other restaurants or grocery store. We Ubered and did not rent a car because we thought we could walk to a grocery store and restaurants. Was glad the grill was so good. The bedroom is small and does not have a direct door to the bathroom that makes middle of the night bathroom trips a little harder for us close to 70 but overall a great place and would recommend.
