Great stay, nothing negative to say. Great location, nice front desk staff.

I would definitely stay here again. Great service and clean room.

The room wasn't up to standard. When the covers was pulled back the mattress was covered with large blood stains. That was just the tip of the iceberg among a few other things that was wrong. We had a 3 day reservation at this hotel but upon dicovering the mattress we checked out immediately.

Bed was comfortable even though room seemed a bit run down. The attempt to charge $35.00 for"early" check-in is bs.

It was just a place to sleep. An older motel that smelled of mold and pet.

Needs updating, bath room ceiling falling in, rust on shower fixtures. Sheets dengie. But staff nice. Just didnt like the cleaning knocking on my door at 9am asking if im leaving waking me up.

The room was clean, near to shopping, and quiet. Great to have a serviceable kitchen to use.

My experience was not favorable,my linen was visibly soiled with blood, there were used things left in the drawer from the patron before, will never use this hotel again

Quiet and cozy. Had a comfortable bed and a little kitchen which was great.! Enjoyed the stay and would do it again. Highly recommended

The extended stay housekeeping staff noisily woke me up on Sat morning and then informed me that my room was not to be cleaned unless I was staying for 8 days. I could get clean towels from the front office. Half roll of TP and was not replaced for my 2 day stay. Bed linens were old, stained and had cigarette hole burned in them. Definitely keep looking unless you have no other choice.

The hotel was dingy, the cleaning staff never came, and the tub was discusting! Would never reccomend...

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF. ONLY DOWNFALL NEEDS MORE PARKING.

I have stayed at many Extended Stay Hotels but this one is truly a home away from home. Quiet, comfortable and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

This motel was nothing like we were promised. We were told that most of their guest were business travelers. This was untrue. We noticed several rooms were occupied by people using it as their only living arrangements. We saw stickers on windows, cribs, charcoal grills, toys, laundry hanging on the railing, etc. people were gathered in the driveway drinking beers. The room was supposed to be non smoking but they said none were available and we had to take it. It smelled horrible. The carpets were filthy, the corners of the floors were dirty. The bathtub had hair in it and the counter tops were dingy. We were unsure if the sheets had been cleaned. We requested a first floor room and were given a 2nd fllor room. There were no elevators and my husband and I are elderly. We had a graduation to attend of our granddaughter and couldn't start looking for another hotel. My daughter in law tried to find something else but most of the other hotels were booked for graduations. The front desk cared less that our room was not up to par. We were so uncomfortable that we left at 5 am. Were were supposed to stay until 11 am and have a celebration lunch with our family. The room was just too horrible to stay in. We would never rev come d this motel to anyone.

Overall is acceptable. I booked an non-smoking room online, but their computer system didn't show it. I was given a non-smoking room after I showed my reservation printout. Thanks for the front worker Heather who did what she could. Wifi worked well. But the bed sheets have yellowish spots and sheets and quilt including pillows did not feel dry and fresh enough.

Hotel was in great location and staff was friendly.

This was a quick 2-night stay. We are not hotel ppl so we just needed a clean, comfortable, safe place to sleep for 6-8 hours. It served its purpose well. The only drawback is that the rooms are accessible from the street. I prefer a HOTEL environment.

Two nights in March 2014. Room looks great, seems to have been remodeled since the rebranding. Decent size kitechenette with toaster, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, stove. Shower needs new tile, a bit of a mildew problem. Some nasty things under the bad that gave a bit of a wet dog smell. Cyn**** at the front desk was sweet and helpful. Coffee and some muffins for breakfast. Really clean laundry facility. No pool, but I snuck in next door and used theirs for a nice Florida Tan. Bring your own hangers and hair dryer It's about a minute from the interstate, but Tampa is HUGE, so make sure your destination is near the hotel or you will be driving for an hour each way. Safe parking, no weirdos hanging out. Not the best place to stay for more than a day if you have kids, but we had no problems.

FRONT DESK STAFF WAS RUDE AT FIRST THEN PAID ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS.

It was okay for a 60 dollar room.. No trash cans nowhere in the room, the shower was a mess, the TV didn't work properly, but good size room with full kitchen. But average stay at best.. Way too messy with remodeling and no military or firefighter discount. I will not recommend or stay in this hotel again
