The Space:
The space has been totally renovated and newly furnished for short term use or mid term. Features a large living room and open concept with a dining area and big kitchen with a bar. The Master Suite has a full bath and french doors leading out to the rear fenced yard. Full Size Washer and Dryer. Expect the most luxurious sleep in the King Size bed or the queen size bed in the second bedroom. Fast internet with a 55" HD TV in the living room and a 43" Stream TV's in each bedroom. Comfy, luxurious and space to spread out for families or professionals.

This is a quiet, established neighborhood enclave of townhouses inside of a residentially zoned area. One minute access to Apalachee Parkway, two minutes to Park-Only 3 miles to the Capital and about 4 miles to FSU or FAMU

Nice place to stay with room to spread out

Check in was easy and host was very responsive. Location was close to shopping and an easy drive to campus for a tour. Not a lot of “frills” but was clean and had what we needed. Great for the price.

It is described accurately in the ad. It was clean and newly renovated with comfortable furniture. It was close to the Capital and easy access to restaurants. Entry was explained and easy to do. The property manager was quick to welcome us and answer our questions.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for us---we were in town for a reunion and the FSU football game. The listing was very accurate and the location was unbeatable in terms of convenience. It was a short drive to everything. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tallahassee.

Cute, Clean, and Quiet

Super cute place, very clean. I stayed with my partner and our 2 kids and we had plenty of space. Beds were very firm but super cozy, bathrooms were clean and well functioning. The host was very easy to communicate with and reached out on several occasions to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Just make sure you bring your own coffee pods if you want to use the Keurig!
