Amazing owner. We have been going there for years. He has done a lot of work on the rooms and the bathroom in each. And will continue to use them for the next trips to see family.

The owners take great pride in keeping the motel and surrounding areas clean and attractive. However, the maintenance chemicals were so strong that opening the windows the entire time was insufficient to prevent illness from the chemicals. And some of the windows were not openable. Nevertheless, I appreciated the kindness of the owners.

Older motel that has been totally refurbished, very nice. Reasonable rates and friendly proprietor. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the Perry area.

The room was clean. The water was hot. Great water pressure. Thick fluffy towels. The staff was friendly and professional. I would stay again if I was in the area.

The folks that own this property were wonderful. We had to stay an extra day - they made it easy and convent for us .. highly recommend .. great pricing and really clean.

it was a good place.. it's been remodeled so it looks nice...one floor hotel...can park the car right in front of your room..close to many restaurants options.. Owners are very friendly.... There's a microwave and fridge in the room which was very nice to have...

Great find

This place is amazing. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly. There are places to eat nearby. Definitely would stay again. TV worked great and unlike most other hotels, the printed channel guide was correct!!! Fridge and microwave in the room, coffee in the lobby. Shower was hot with good pressure.
