Older motel that has been totally refurbished, very nice. Reasonable rates and friendly proprietor. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the Perry area.

it was a good place.. it's been remodeled so it looks nice...one floor hotel...can park the car right in front of your room..close to many restaurants options.. Owners are very friendly.... There's a microwave and fridge in the room which was very nice to have...

Renovated motel. Spacious room, extremely comfortable bed. Noisy window air conditioner and thin walls, can hear neighbors talking.

Great find

This place is amazing. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly. There are places to eat nearby. Definitely would stay again. TV worked great and unlike most other hotels, the printed channel guide was correct!!! Fridge and microwave in the room, coffee in the lobby. Shower was hot with good pressure.

Ausgesprochen nettes Betreiberpaar!!! Man wird sehr freundlich begrüßt! Die Zummer sind alt und dunkel, könnte mit Farbe und neuerer Einrichtung echt toll sein. Gute Verkehrsanbindung! Leider kein Essen, aber in der Nähe ist ein gutes Diner (Huddle House)!

A Great Deal for the Price

Based on the Hotels.com reviews we booked a one night stay at the Royal Inn Motel. The Hampton Inn, the Holiday Inn, and the Royal Inn Motel all received an 8.6 review rating, with the Royal Inn have more reviews than the other two. Based on the low price, $70 less than the Holiday and Hampton Inns, we assumed the Royal would provide a basic level accommodation, and it did. Saying that however, our room was exceptionally clean, the bed firm and very comfortable, and the shower had the highest water pressure that I can remember ever experiencing. On top of the above, I highly recommend taking a few minutes to speak with the proprietor. Our conversation was both funny and informative. All in all a great stop. We would certainly stay there again.

Excellent and fairly priced hotel. Very clean. The TV and internet work well. Extra blankets and towels available on request. Checkin was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again.
