Room was dirty and smelled bad. Smoke alarm was just hanging by a wire from the ceiling. I ended up going outside and sleeping in my car. Terrible.

Great staff at reception desk, decent location, blanket on the bed had used dry chewing gum stuck to it. Awful room service, lacks room amenities like coffee machine, fridge, and microwave, extremely small rooms not worth the price.

There was a smell in the adjacent hallway ( not ours), no refrigerator or coffee pot. On the whole, it was okay.

The television was satellite; there were no instructions in the room to explain how to operate this inferno device!! right in the middle of a program, it would just decide to switch channels to some other program ! It took me a half hour just to figure out how to just get it to show a channel!! This was the most stupid TV system that I have ever seen!! The morning after we checked in, when I checked my bank account, I found out that the Motel had double billed my account for staying there, there was another $151 charged to my account, besides the charge that I had already paid to Orbitz for booking! If I hadn't caught this, I probably would have been charged twice for my stay! totally unacceptable!!!

I experienced a medical emergency while in the hotel. The staff called an ambulance immediately, then came to my room and stayed with me until it arrived. I could have died without their quick actions, and I will forever be grateful for the assistance everyone involved gave me.

could use a little updating in the rooms. ... and PLEASE... clean the light switches in the rooms at least once a week; they were pretty gross in there

The staff was good. They were accommodating. The room was small. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor. There was complementary breakfast, ample parking.

Overall it worked for what I needed. Would’ve liked a mini fridge. Bedding was stained, beds were made however you could tell someone sat on it. Very uncomfortable beds. Definitely not worth what I paid.

The hotel was close to where I needed to be. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a few maintenance issues that could be done to make the hotel better such as fixing the ceilings around the fan in the bathroom. There was a slightly musty smell in the rooms like they had been closed up for a long time. The rooms are not very well sound proofed. If there is someone taking in the hallway you will hear it.

Place wasn't too bad, bed was decent. There was some crud in the vents for the a/c unit, and some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. Otherwise, for the price, no complaints.

We rented 3 rooms for a one night stay while attending a wedding nearby. The Microtel is okay. If you're expecting Marriott or Hilton then you should not stay here. At $69 a night it's a good deal. The people who gave negative reviews about the conditions and lack of cleanliness are either wrong or chronic complainers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. One couple in our party complained that the bed was uncomfortable but the bed my wife and I slept on was fine. The continental breakfast was okay. I wouldn't stay here for more than one night but for a stopover it met our needs.

No problems, easy check in and out.Baldwinsville diner was a ten for two meals. The rest of the town seemed to shut down at 9pm sharp

I heard a woman complaining about hair in her sheets so I had my husband pull down the bed and there wasn't only hair there was grass and twigs . My husband got clean sheets I remade the bed and in in the morning I stripped the bed and poured water in the sheets so the next guests would get clean ones

Nothing fancy, but overall clean, newer and great value for the money. For traveling on the weekends going to tournaments,....this type of hotel was perfect. Manager Joe was excellent and gave us some good tips on where to eat and where the main road was to larger retail and restaurants. PS- The B'Ville Diner was one of the best diners I had breakfast in!

It was fine for an overnight stay. Room was not very big but the facility must be very new so furnishings nice. Very clean; so-so breakfast

This hotel was far from the best experience. The staff is very young, and spent more time socializing than assisting guests. The room appeared nice on first look, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the shower curtain did not keep the water from creating a river in the bathroom. The location was good for our needs, but next time I will probably pay more to stay in a nicer hotel.

All really was good except the lack of heat control. We called ahead of time before we arrived and asked the desk person if he would see to it that the heat in the room was turned on because we had booked there before and the room was sooooo cold that it took us hours to get to sleep waiting for the beds to get warm enough. Now the opposite problem, the heat would just blast away and the only way to stop it was to turn it off. With temperatures in the single digits, it didn't take long before we were extremely cold. Kept having to wake up in the night to turn things on and off. The next night was some better. We opened the window as wide as we could and just let the heat blast away (heat controls were turned down but did not respond). Our son and his family had the some problem with the heat when they last stayed there. Too bad, otherwise it was great place to stay.

The microtel is in a good location as it's the only hotel for miles but the staff was clueless. I was double charged for the room and it still wasn't figured out days later. The room was old, and seemed dingy. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the linens were old. The "breakfast" offered was oily packaged muffins and the stay was an absolute rip off. Not a good night's sleep.
