Excellent service in Hotel. I did not realize a card was required for room lighting. The reception staff probably told me but I was tired and did not remember. However they responded quickly and attentively. The airport bus a bit scrappy and had no help for people with heavy luggage..
I have to start mentioning service was incredible. We got there early and expecting to leave our baggage, they told us the room was available. It was in the lower floors and we had a great sleep. Prior reviews mention loud music but I have to disagree. I’m a light sleeper and I did not felt anything. ...
A very good hotel, a bit further out of the city center than others but with the tram stop right at the hotel, and airport bus (Airlink 747) stop right at the hotel as well, it is very convenient. Staff was great and room was nice and spacious- a good find.
We got this hotel as part of a flight-car-hotel package (for nine nights) and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. Though our room was a FAR walk from the main lobby with--count them--290 steps to the parking lot, the hotel was clean, comfortable, the bed was great, and the staff ...
we stayed in this hotel as a close option to the airport. i actually thought it was going to be a little more "run-down" since it was very reasonable. and i was pleasantly surprised. it's a very nice hotel. they have electrical outlets converters in the lobby for 2 Euro in a little machine, which ...

This was a great hotel. Excellent location. Very nicely appointed. Staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this for anyone going to Southampton. Especially for anyone taking a cruise out of this port.
Large rooms with comfy beds. Reception tries hard to please all requests. However, they could use some more information about local food and pubs in the area (instead of saying just eat in their restaurant). Only issue we had was a fan and light switch not operating correctly - they quickly sent someone to investigate but couldn't fix it on the spot. No problem. Otherwise, a fine trip.
I loved staying at this hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the bathroom was great as it had two different sort of showers. Bed was big and comfortable, tea/coffee making amenities were generous, and the room was also quiet and relaxing that I was able to get a quality sleep without being woken up by outside noise. Staff were helpful (arrange a taxi for me for the next morning). It was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave the hotel to explore the city!
Staff just very helpful room always clean very confortable bed very nice bar and restaurant . Very good location.Highly Reccommend for sure
