Room was very cold, heat was controlled by the hotel. Asked for more heat from the front desk but it took a full day to have heat and then the room was too hot Checkout was horrible, I wanted to pay cash to clear my account but I could not wait the 30 minutes it was going to take

Noisy bathroom fan spoiled the night

Nice location. Unfortunately the room let it down for two basic issues; temperature and internal noise. The temperature control did not work so the room was cold throughout the night. By far the worst issue was the bathroom fan which was loud and could not be turned off - it was not linked to the lighting or any other control. While the bed was comfortable, the night was disappointing due to these two issues. This is a pity as the rooms used to be fantastic before the big refurbishment.

Pass on this one keep looking for something better

Not worth the price they are asking. Only good thing was location. But out bathroom had a rusty drain, the metal strip where the carpet meets the rug was bent and sharp. I would not recommend this hotel. Other things that were off was the grout in the shower was moldy

Disappointed

The bed was fine. Service was fine. The location was great but street noise is loud. My biggest complaint is the bathroom. The door only opens about 18 inches. If you are bigger than that, you can’t get into the bathroom! Once you do the toilet is so close to the shower that your knees hit the glass. And, the toilet paper has no holder so you pick it up in your hands to use it, knowing that the previous guests did the same thing. It is terribly unsanitary and gross.

Whether you're interested in exploring historic landmarks, enjoying local cuisine, or experiencing the nightlife, everything is just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, offering a amazing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The beds, in particular, are incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the standout features of this hotel is its amazing personnel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home.
