Dirty, don't care COVID-19, old. Weekend with a lot of people. Parking full.

I didn't like the fact that i couldn't get the A/C to change over to hear being it was a cold night.

Usually a good hotel was terribly dirty. The tub hadn't been cleaned dirt so visible I took pictures, soap was literally stuck to the side of the tub, disgusting. Can't say this I will return.

Room floor were dirty, you can tell it has not been thoroughly vacumn, we got there after midnight, there were a group of people drinking in the middle of the parking lot and make loud noice, the room AC was set at 60° when we walked in, still has a smell, not sure what they are trying to hide, totally disappointed at this place, double tree Hilton should have a better name than this. Our stay at quality Inn the other day was alot letter than this. We were on a 35 day road trip, we have stayed at different budget hotels. This one definitely stands out, since I haven't gave any reviews on the other place. Maybe it was just that one night and that one room.

I had booked two rooms at a very high rate and both rooms seemed old needing updated and they both were not very clean. Crumbs on the floor, old water bottle cap by the side of the bed. One room had a king bed that had the smallest pillows on earth on it. Extremely disappointed will not go back there again.

Stag were lovely View less so Pancakes undercooked But overall very nice

It was very comfortable. Great Friendly Staff from house keeping, restaurant and front desk.

Excellent Customer Service. Food Was Great. Really Enjoyed the Locations as well.

Convenient location for my vacation and friendly staff

Room was clean, well appointed. Staff at restaurant/bar was helpful and late night meal was good - glad to be able to eat in on a rainy night. Check in was quick.

I had some issues with my room and a staff member, Renee Channell, was very accomodating; she was polite and extremely professional.
