This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage is in the most dreamy location, overlooking St. Simons Park with an array of Saint Simons beautiful live oaks. Steps to St. Simons Pier Village for shopping, dining, St. Simons Lighthouse, museum, Neptune park and playground.

Our property is perfect for your Saint Simons trip due to its location, but also it's southern charm inside the home. The screened in porch is perfect to enjoy a summer night overlooking the park or a breezy morning with a cup of coffee. Through the front door you will be greeted with a open concept living/dining area. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and flows into the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen.

Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with standing shower; the adjacent room has a double bed. The living room has couch and two arm chairs perfectly situated in front of a smart tv. Past the living space is the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath across the hall,  with a tub/shower combo.

The backyard is a shared space with other tenants who rent additional units. There is a fire pit and 4 chairs for a perfect summer evening gathered together.

If you are interested in bringing the whole family and need a little more space, inquire about our Clyde's Bunkhouse. A studio apartment located right next to the shared backyard space.

Solid place in excellent location.

We stayed for 6 days, and for the most part, things were great, including check-in, beach rentals, and location. We enjoyed walking around the park area, renting bikes around town, and exploring the island. However, the beds were a little dated and not very firm, and the house took a while to get cool, making some less than optimal sleeping conditions. We were disappointed with zero toiletries available. If you are looking for a perfect location, you can't go wrong, but I would suggest some finishing touches to the place to be cleaned up.

St Simon’s

Wonderful! Very convenient location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the lighthouse! I would recommend driving to Jekyll island and seeing the boneyard beach.

Quick recon trip to SSI

The perfect place to experience all that SSI has to offer! Close to everything in a quiet and peaceful park area. Loved the nod to old charm while also clean updated. Rent bikes and explore!!!

Check in

I received at least 6 emails telling us to check in at 4pm and the key was under the mat. Well, we got there at 4:10 and there was no key under the mat. We called the phone number for help and after 20 minutes a very nice lady called back and said we must be mistaken, we were at the wrong property. I was put on hold and eventually told the keys were in a lock box. We ended up finding the keys in a hidden lock box and getting in the property 40 minutes late, but everything worked out and we had a very nice weekend. The louse and location were very nice!
