The home is gorgeous and has all the amenities anyone would ever need. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for us since we were a large group with only one car. We had two issues (non-working hot tub and no gas) we discovered when we checked in but they were addressed immediately by the host. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for my fun loving crew

House was spot on with accommodations and amenities. Tons of fun things to do at the house with the perfect size pool and lots of games. The beach access is only a 2 minute walk around the corner.

Very close to the beach

This place was great! Very clean, very walk-able to the beach, awesome pool (not very big) fun games to play and surrounded with restaurants and local bars that are very family friendly. If you’re thinking of renting a car don’t, you can just walk. This place would be better if it offered more outside chairs. It accommodates 10 people but doesn’t offer the outdoor seating. We just kept moving chairs. Maybe chairs on each patio would be nice and welcome. Great house and overall 5 stars. Get rid of the hot tub and do a big outdoor table and chairs instead under the covered porch.

Extended Beach Weekend

We were forced to relocate and were not able to stay at our original location. We stayed at another property which was not as close to the beach. Also had to pay an additional 800 for the new location. The new location was nice but the heated pool did not work all weekend long. Disappointing and frustrating.

Great Couples Trip

We stayed at this property just a week after Hurricane Milton and a couple of weeks after Hurricane Helene. We weren’t sure what to expect but the property was in great shape. We had a fabulous time enjoying the ping pong table sitting around the pool and enjoying the beach. We were concerned that restaurants might not be open however most were open and we did not have a bad meal. The neighborhood was great, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The property managers were great about checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

1 Star Review Title 1 Star Your Comments 1) Advert was misleading as it was "beachside" with zero "beachview", so streetview would have been the proper way to advertise. 2) There was no way to the beach except by road side, so over 3 minute walk, not 45 sec. 3) Falsely accused of using their beach towels and was threatened with erroneous charges. 4) Hot water failed to work consistently 5) Did not sleep 10, nor 9, 8 at best - misleading in the amenities 6) Pool was small but actually one of the best features of the stay, especially since the beach access was a long walk away 7) The game room was a nice feature 8) The lack of a beach view at all, as in zero beach view, was a huge disappointment. 9) The cleaning staff is subpar. The place was dusty, floors dirty, and generally not as clean as it should be--several of us sneezed the entire stay. Also, no vacuum on site, so you couldn't clean the floors yourself. 10) Did I mention that a building blocked the entire view of the beach? No beachview or access from site. The place had a nice facade. Good wifi. Streetviews only, so did not feel like you were at the beach.

Great location

My family of 9 decided to visit Indian Rocks for the first time and spend time with my brother who lives in St Pete. This is a great location, even our 3 year old could walk to the beach without complaint. The plunge pool was wonderful, very private from the neighbors. The game room and beach toys, chairs and wagon were just as described. Highly recommend this house!

Great Location

So glad found this house! The house was very clean, up to date, and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Plenty of room for the 7 adults that was in my group. Enjoyed the game room during the time when weather wasn’t ideal. The heated pool is small but was very much enjoyed. The location was perfect. A minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars a very short walk away. With the frequent buses, very easy to try places further down. Took bus down to Clearwater Beach for the day, which was about 25 minutes and around $2.25 a person. Lastly, property management was so friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Family Get Together

Our family came from 3 different parts of the country to gather in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was well stocked above and beyond what we expected. The location to the beach was perfect. The heated pool was fabulous and our 2 toddlers really enjoyed splashing around on the sun deck part of the pool. So many stores and restaurants nearby was also a plus. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to families with kids. Plenty to keep them entertained.

Great beach house!

We loved our stay at this property. It was a super short walk to the beach. The house was spotless and very organized. Management was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The fire alarm batteries died and the alarms were going off and they sent someone over right away to fix it. The property is exactly as described. Fit our family of 10 very well. Hope to come back again sometime.

Family Vacation

Overall, our stay was great. The house had all the amenities we were looking for. The location was great...close to the beach, shopping and dining. The air conditioner in the game room was not working, but we made the best of it. I would definitely recommend this host/house to future guests.
