A Great Getaway Spot

My family and I stayed at this condo for five nights and had a wonderful experience. One of the things we appreciated most was its location—tucked away from busy, high-traffic areas, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that gave everyone plenty of space to unwind.Being right on the beach was the main reason we chose this spot, and it didn’t disappoint. We loved having easy access to the sand and gulf, and the balconies were perfect for enjoying morning coffee or reading a book with the sound of the waves in the background.The unit also came with convenient on-site parking and a full kitchen, which made meals super easy for our family. Just a heads-up for future guests: there are stairs involved with this condo, so be sure that works for your group.Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

Great Stay (maybe not for young families)

The location was great - still walkable to a couple restaurants/ice cream shops and great access to the beach. The beach amenities (beach cart, chairs, cooler, paddle boards, etc) really made the trip so easy. Beds were super clean and comfortable, and it was nice having 2.5 baths. We have toddlers and I wouldn’t say it was super kid-friendly- lots of heavy decor with glass tables, steep stairs, no beach towels. I don’t dock review points for that, that’s our personal circumstance, but just a heads up for other families! Otherwise, the location, condo, views, and beach experience were wonderful

Good place!

View & location were great and property clean and as advertised. Very well doneCouldn't find the gas grill (we looked for use next year), and the outside stairway lights don't work.Otherwise - perfect!

So Restful!

My adult daughter and I stayed 3 nights here as part of a girl's getaway. The unit was clean and the view of the gulf was awesome. The beds were comfortable. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtain onto my private deck (from master) the view took my breath away! My daughter chose to sit on the deck and read most of the time while I walked the beach each morning. Just what we needed to relax. Only negative is it's a top unit so there were lots of steps. But without the height the view wouldn't be quite as wonderful! Would definitely choose this place again.

Shelter from the storm

We needed a place to stay for a few days while evacuating from west Florida/Tampa area and this was amazing! Everything was so clean, fluffy towels, comfortable beds, amazing kitchen, and the views! Loved it!!

Goegeous Condo, Beautiful View!

Pelican Point

The property and property management team was amazing. The photos of the property are fantastic but do not do it justice, the beach front views are absolutely stunning!! It was so peaceful and quiet too, I will definitley book this property again!!! If you have challenges with stairs, this will not be the place for you though as there are many and they are quite steep. I enjoyed the extra challenge :). I've rented many properties in Indian Rocks/Shores over the years and this one is my new favorite!

Spectacular View

We had a great week. The balcony was our favorite place to be in the condo. The furniture is very comfortable and the balcony is deep so that the back part is recessed for privacy but the front part extends out from the building for a panoramic view. The condo is very nice, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well supplied. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the sofa bed sheets and number of towels but the property manager responded very quickly and corrected the issues. There are two flights of stairs leading up to the front door (I may have missed that in the written description but they are shown in the pictures). A suggestion would be to pack in smaller suitcases to make carrying luggage up and down easier. Our only negative was that a deep cleaning is needed. Lots of dust on light fixtures and on the rug underneath the top of the sofa bed when it’s pulled out.

Great Vacation

We had a great time at the property. The location and beach are perfect. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Just note: no pantry staples ( salt/pepper, coffee filters,, Pam spray, etc). Also no beach towels. Does have EVERYTHING you need for the beach.

Good location and nice place. But needs a good clean.

It could use a good cleaning. The master bath ceiling fan and light fixture was covered in layers and layers of dust. We used the pull out couch and the sheets were dirty. So I had to change them right before my kids got into bed. When I took the bed out of the couch, I was so grossed out to see all the garbage and dirt under the couch. Yuck. I almost didn’t have them sleep there. But it was so late we had no other option. Could use a few more extra blankets. Positives. Location is good. Views are great. Check in and check out were simple. We didn’t get check in information until 3:00pm on the dot. I wasn’t aware of that so i was worried as we were driving to our location. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Be prepared for stairs. Lots of stairs. Lol.

This place was a GEM!

The location is perfect! The house is beautiful and has everything you need! Love the double decks and closeness to the beach. Definitely needs a good DETAILED CLEANING though and BLINDS ON THE WINDOWS. Besides that, it was nice. If you struggle with steps, be mindful of this place as you have to carry all your luggage up multiple flights.

Property cleanliness

Local Managment company is not doing their job in ensuring the premise is in a clean and tidy state and all elements are functioning. Standards did not match price. Otherwise it is a great location and good functional layout.
