All amenities included but unfriendly neighborhood
This property has everything you could ever want for a fun family stay. The pool is clean, the hot tub is under a covered structure so you can enjoy in the rain - the movie room is just beyond amazing - dark with comfy chairs and large projection screen. There are towels galore, and you don't even have to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash or a hair dryer - they are included. BUT. But you are not wanted there. The neighbors all have signs saying so. They called in a noise complaint when there was none, just to be mean. Like there was zero noise. The noise came from the other neighbors shooting off fireworks. We were all in the movie room inside the house quietly watching a movie. So know you will be harassed because there is not just one sign. No. Every house has a sign and they want this house out of their neighborhood. So besides getting snotty looks as we checked in, there was the fact they want this house sold to a family. Also, DO NOT block the sidewalk I own that - we totally did and that was part of the complaint. Be sure to pull all the way up and if you have a third car, park sideways but keep the sidewalk clear. Aside from the neighbor issue, it was a wonderful place to stay and we had a lot of fun! If you have kids there is so much for them to do, and you are close to so many good restaurants and stores. You will want for nothing.
