Wonderful Home Directly Across from Huge City Park

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous home across the street from Tower Grove Park. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals together, while the spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing with the family. The kitchen has all the little things included.The bedrooms were wonderfully furnished and the master bedroom has a balcony attached. The third floor kids room has a hidden playroom inside the closet.All new appliances and super fast WiFi. Well maintained yard nice private back deck with a grill.All in all it was a very clean, comfortable and very well furnished house for our week stay.It sits right on Arsenal Drive and has quick access to downtown and the highways.The host’s communication was top‑notch, and check‑in/check‑out were seamless. We truly felt welcomed and well‑cared for. We highly recommend the place.

Great St Louis Experience

This house was perfect for our family get together. Beautifully restored home that provided more than enough room for 3 different families with children - each had their own sleeping areas / bathroom with a basement for overflow sleeping / paly area. Dave was a great host and the house is stocked with everything needed for all ages. Location is awesome with Tower Park across the street. Highly reccomend for large / multiple families.

Amazing Family Vacation Home

This house is perfect for a family getaway in St Louis! The house is fully stocked with supplies! The park is across the street and restaurants in walking distance! Highly recommended for a visit!

Met family from Texas and Illinois here for Cardinals game and fun time with grandkids. House is great for large families or friends. Listing was accurate and owner communication was great.

Graduation Celebration

Multiple generations enjoyed this property to celebrate a SLU graduate. Perfect home for family meals, backyard relaxing and ideal proximity to the university campus. Owner was attentive and even blew the cottonwood out of the yard ridge before our arrival to make it more enjoyable!

Family-Friendly Home

This home was perfect for our family. The home is stocked with everything you could need from toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap, bottled waters, snacks, pots & pans etc. The home also has all the baby items which was a very pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this home to others visiting this area!

Work retreat

This place was great to house four remote co-workers for a mid-year planning retreat. Its combinations of eating, gathering, and sleeping spaces plus access to restaurants, parks, and other St. Louis offerings make it a great place to stay for all types of groups and occasions.

St Louis Family Vacation Home

This property is an excellent choice for a family vacation for all ages. It is equipped with lots of baby gear and kids toys. The bedrooms were inviting and perfect for our family vacation. The house is across the street from Tower Grove Park. Beautiful view and walking distance to many park activities! The property manager was always available and provided detailed information for the property and check in process. I highly recommend this house for you stay in St Louis !

Fabulous property

Dave, the host of this gorgeous home, went above and beyond to make our stay extremely enjoyable. We were a party of ten (5 couples). We found all of the bedrooms very well appointed. The beds were super comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfy dining room chairs as we spent a lot of time around the table. Dave was immediately available to answer any questions we had. He even gave our personal chef a tour of the kitchen so she could catalog the dishes/tools she would require. This is THE MOST completely stocked kitchen you will ever find in a rental home. I actually had utensil envy. The home is directly across from Tower Grove Park. There are lots of coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance. We have visited many VRBO homes and this one ranks in the top 3. Loved it!!

Beautiful home in great location

Dave’s place is beautifully remodeled with modern conveniences and plenty of room for the 3 60+ couples that stayed here. Great location and beautiful views of the park across the street. Dave made sure the sidewalks were cleaned after an unexpected snowstorm before we checked in. Definitely want to come back in the future.

Perfect location and great house!

We loved being right at Tower Grove Park. Walked to the farmer's market Saturday morning and to Grand to eat. House is perfect for families and well equipped with everything you might need. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook as well. Nice backyard with patio seating. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we hoped for

We’re a group of 5 women looking for 5 (appropriate) bedrooms which can be hard to find. It’s usually 3 great rooms, one acceptable and one child’s room. This property had 5 adult beautifully decorated rooms and 5 bathrooms along with a large dining table and finished basement where we spent the evening on the couch. You can see the attention to detail in the home and the presentation for guests. Towels on each bed, bathrooms with full amenities, a nicely stocked kitchen including snacks. Our goal was to find a home where we could live together for a few days and reconnect and we did exactly that. Thanks Dave, your house is beautiful! We had a great time!!

Amazing: overly-used word but ACCURATE!

The owner has thought of everything! Bring your clothes and toothbrush. That’s it! Parking is great. The little coffee shop (Hartford) around the corner has a great vibe and breakfast menu. Easy walking and sidewalks are great. Tower Grove Park right in front of the house is a great place to run off energy. If the weather is bad, you’ve got the whole basement to spread out. In fact, the whole house just feels spacious, bright, open and cheery. We loved that the Christmas decorations were left up, because this was our family time for Christmas. Super-easy access just blocks from Kingshighway Blvd and minutes from many of STL attractions. Hope I didn’t use the word “great” too much!

Great owner!

We stayed recently with six people - three adults and three children. Plenty of room to spread out. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Bedding was comfy. Lots of little extras provided - snacks, bottled water, etc. - that gave it all a nice homy feel. There were a few hiccups with recent flooding in the St. Louis area (not the owner’s fault) that led to some breakers that needed to be flipped back, etc. Owner was quick to answer his phone late at night when we checked in and followed up to make sure everything was still going well. House was in perfect condition and we would definitely want to stay here again!

We walked to park, botanical garden, and nearby restaurants. The house had all the amenities we needed. Lots of kids stuff which was helpful. We would stay again!
