Everything about our stay was perfect. The host was very responsive, the house was spotless, and it was the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in. We will definitely stay here again when we return to St Louis!

This house was perfect! The house was exactly as advertised. Perfectly equipped. Grocery stores and Imo's pizza within a few minutes drive. Dave the manager was very responsive via the VRBO messaging. I definately recommend the house.

David was amazing to work with. He has very strong communication skills and wanted to make sure our needs were met while we stayed at his beautiful home! We were able to have a work meeting in a laid back and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this property and host!

This house is so beautiful and in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for large families and kids. The house came fully stocked and well equipped for little kids (crib, pack and play, high chairs, strollers, sippy cups). The owner is very friendly and communicated well, making sure we enjoyed our stay. One of my favorite features of the home was the large dining table: perfect for families to gather around. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay in St. Louis as it has everything you need and is conveniently located.

Lovely home- convenient location- safe- well equipped for children- attentive, kind , conscientious host. Easily slept five non related adults comfortably with privacy for all. We loved sitting on the porches in the evenings.

Dave's property was the ideal location for our 4-night stay for a family wedding. Everyone in our group, which included three generations, rated it a solid 10 stars! The property was exceptionally clean and very well stocked in addition to being comfortable and spacious. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect with the park right across the street and in a central location to restaurants and activities. Dave's communication was outstanding through the entire process. We highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed!

The property was an excellent choice for our family weekend. Plenty of room, (we had 9 people) very comfortable, and convenient for our site seeing. Dave was very easy to work with and was very flexible in our travel schedule needs. The kitchen was stocked nicely, making all our cooking easy to prepare. I would recommend this property to anyone that has a larger group staying in the area.

Short getaway

Property is just as listed, very spacious, nicely decorated. So many thoughtful touches throughout the house, we didn't have a need for it, but i thought it was great that there was a stroller at the property in case you forget to bring one. Also, we loved the humongous park right across the street.

Wonderful Home Directly Across from Huge City Park

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous home across the street from Tower Grove Park. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals together, while the spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing with the family. The kitchen has all the little things included.The bedrooms were wonderfully furnished and the master bedroom has a balcony attached. The third floor kids room has a hidden playroom inside the closet.All new appliances and super fast WiFi. Well maintained yard nice private back deck with a grill.All in all it was a very clean, comfortable and very well furnished house for our week stay.It sits right on Arsenal Drive and has quick access to downtown and the highways.The host’s communication was top‑notch, and check‑in/check‑out were seamless. We truly felt welcomed and well‑cared for. We highly recommend the place.

Great St Louis Experience

This house was perfect for our family get together. Beautifully restored home that provided more than enough room for 3 different families with children - each had their own sleeping areas / bathroom with a basement for overflow sleeping / paly area. Dave was a great host and the house is stocked with everything needed for all ages. Location is awesome with Tower Park across the street. Highly reccomend for large / multiple families.

Graduation Celebration

Multiple generations enjoyed this property to celebrate a SLU graduate. Perfect home for family meals, backyard relaxing and ideal proximity to the university campus. Owner was attentive and even blew the cottonwood out of the yard ridge before our arrival to make it more enjoyable!

Family-Friendly Home

This home was perfect for our family. The home is stocked with everything you could need from toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap, bottled waters, snacks, pots & pans etc. The home also has all the baby items which was a very pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this home to others visiting this area!

This place was great to house four remote co-workers for a mid-year planning retreat. Its combinations of eating, gathering, and sleeping spaces plus access to restaurants, parks, and other St. Louis offerings make it a great place to stay for all types of groups and occasions.
