We had a great stay! The house was set up perfect for our group, and the toys im the kids play room were an added bonus! Great location, and host was super easy to work with! Would stay here again.

We were in STL for a wedding and our friends lived w in 1 mile so the house was extremely convenient. Off-street parking was a bonus as was the quiet neighborhood where it was located.

Great cozy place to stay. Kids loved the downstairs area and it was great to have a backyard to retreat to. Super close to all the attractions and stores without being directly in the flow of traffic. Host was super attentive and easy to contact with great communication. Can't wait to plan our next trip here.

Great location and quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of toys for kids in the basement. All bedding and appliances were clean and ready to use. Our family loved it and we would book this house and host again!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is set up beautifully with plants and nice accessories. Everything was clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable! The house is well stocked. The host is very communicative and easy to reach. Quiet, safe area, close to all the big attractions. There is even a foosball and pool table, a variety of board games, and Lincoln logs / blocks in the playroom. Overall great place to stay!

Very comfortable older home that has been updated. Lots of comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms that are on the small side. We just used the main floor bedrooms (3 couples.) If you had a true house full, bathroom management might be an issue.The house was in a safe neighborhood and the host was very good at answering any questions we might have.Be warned, the floors tilt. It didn’t affect our stay but amused us everytime someone walked from the bedrooms to the livingroom & looked like they’d been drinking. The stairs up & down are a bit steep but serviceable.For the price, we would stay here again.

The home is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we saw neighbors out walking. The check-in process was super simple with no drama, and the home looks exactly like the pictures. It actually was more relaxing in person. We had plenty of space for our large party of 9, but there is ample space to be found here. I would advise anyone to make sure they are reading through the owner's requests (like, take your shoes off at the door). We will definitely look to visit St. Louis again and stay longer (we only stayed a day, as we used this as our mid-stop for our move from Michigan to Texas). We recommend this VRBO 10/10

The prperty owner was more accommodating than i would have ever expected anyone to do.The upstairs is hot during hot days. And ours was hot. We contacted the owner, and within an hr they istalled 2 window AC units. It was above and beyond in my opinion and impressed me completely. Everything else worked as it should within the house. All was great!!
