This beachfront bungalow features amazing Gulf views and direct access to the sugar sand beach - it's the perfect spot for your incredible beach vacation. Located in the heart of the Island's popular and convenient Gulf Beaches neighborhood, Moon Dreamer is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum, and a multi-use path. Whether exploring the Island on bicycle or paddleboard, or just kicking back and relaxing on watching the moon rise over the sea, this vacation rental home offers lots of options for enjoying the Forgotten Coast!

The exterior of this home offers a private boardwalk to the sandy shore, a refreshing outdoor shower after a full day in the sun, and a park-style charcoal grill for those delicious meals. Two beach view decks with a convenient exterior staircase make access to the shore quick and easy. The first floor offers the first bedroom which enjoys direct access to the covered deck with beautiful Gulf views. A TV and full bathroom are provided. The second bedroom offers a TV and a full private bathroom. A laundry area is provided for added convenience.

The second floor offers an open living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and ocean views. The well-appointed kitchen enjoys stainless appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats two. The dining table seats six for meals, puzzles, and board games with family and friends. The living room provides comfortable coastal decor with a large TV and queen sleeper sofa. Exit through double sliding doors to the furnished covered Gulf view deck and enjoy fantastic sunrises. A full bathroom is provided on this floor.

The third/loft level offers a spacious bed that overlooks the open living area. Indoor entertainment is provided with DVD and Roku players. Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and more!

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location but needs maintenance

This unit is located in a very convenient area. Significant maintenance is required to bring this property up to rental conditions. Vinyl soffit is dangling on the deck, the master bed frame is broken and supported by scraps of lumber. Only 1 wine glass when we checkin and the water dispenser is broken.Property was incorrectly listed as having a gas grill and property management aka Vacasa errantly confirmed this prior to ou arrival.Most disappointing is that several of these concerns were expressed in property reviews prior to our arrival.Overall a great location but a disappointing stay.

Construction nightmare

Our stay was disrupted by constant construction on the house next door! The beds required some adjustments so that the headboard didn’t bang every time you moved. The ice maker didn’t work. There is black mold and dangling soffit on the upper deck. Only seven hangers, doors didn’t close and only 3 wine glasses. Never renting from this company ever again!
