Perfect

Such a beautiful home! Sitting on the deck is almost like sitting on the beach. It is so close to the water! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed laying on the beach, happy hour on the deck, and it is 2 minutes away from great restaurants on Vilano. I would love to come back with some girl friends!

Fantastic Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The view from the porch was gorgeous each morning looking out on the ocean. The beach was very quiet and seemed secluded. The house was well stocked, beautifully updated and well maintained. We will come back!

Amazing, Relaxing, Perfect

We were very impressed with the thoughtful layout of this home and loved the 4 outdoor seating areas-2 beachfront and 2 street side. We had a couple of very breezy, chilly days and spent most of those relaxing on the streetside balcony and lower patio. The beachfront upper deck has a covered area which we loved for breaks from the sun and enjoying most of our meals. The grill made our week as we enjoy preparing our own food and the kitchen!!! All I can say is that the kitchen was absolutely perfect! Everything we needed and much more! The million-dollar view, the beautiful beach, everything we needed for our week away far exceeded anything we could have imagined. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, and minimal/tasteful decor. We are already planning our return. Thank you for your attention to detail!

Amazing all around!

This beach home was absolutely perfect for our family get away. Amazing views with walk out access to the beach and close proximity to downtown St Augustine! The property fit the description perfectly, was impeccably clean, with lots of extra little things that made the home very cozy and enjoyable for the family. Would 100% recommend this property.

Cozy Beach Cottage

I loved this property! The house is right on the beach with fantastic views of the ocean. The house is decorated really well, so that it is cozy, cheerful, and pleasant. It is well- stocked so that you have everything you could possibly need. The owners definitely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

3rd time Here

This was our third time staying at this house on Vilano Beach. We love it. It's become our "home away from home". It s a beautiful house, on a beautiful, quiet beach and it is just perfect for our family. It's super clean and has everything you want from beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc to a fully equipped and furnished house.We will be back next year!!

Vacation May 27-June 3, 2024

My husband and I loved everything about the property and the ocean views. We were pleasantly surprised that clean sheets and towels were ready for us to use, along with all the necessities like paper and soap products and much more. This was a great location for sightseeing and dining in town. We appreciated the lovely decor and all the nice furnishings. The service even took the garbage pails out to the curb for the weekly pickup!

Gorgeous beach home

The direct beach access was perfect. The house was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities, even a shed with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The only downside was neighboring construction that you could hear in the house and on the beach. I know this isn’t the home owner’s fault but it was inconvenient to be woken up each morning to loud machinery that lasted most of the day. If you’re able to avoid construction, I highly recommend staying here!

A home away from home feeling in this place

We loved this place! It was clean and very well equipped, we loved being by the shore, watching nature happening outside, birds diving for an early snack and the pelican flying in the evening on top of houses. We were surprised by the appearance of dolphins in the mornings getting their breakfast, it was so nice. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone, it is lovely only a few minutes from downtown St. Augustine, and with a very close by supermarket, loved it. Wren Beach Rentals have been very responsive to any questions too.

Beautiful spot!

The house is really nice. Everything was so clean and updated. We were there for a week and only had to purchase food and a couple of extra rolls of TP. Everything else was provided. So nice!! Vilano is such a nice, low key beach. Loved it! Getting into the historic district of St Augustine was easier than I expected too, about a 12 minute drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Thank you

What a Treat!

This house was such a treat. Ocean in your back yard and St. Augustine a 5 minute drive away. It was so nice being away from the crowds and traffic, having the sound of the ocean ever present. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in St. Augustine. Could definitely live here.

This was the second year in a row staying at this house. It was an obvious choice to choose this house again. It’s close enough to the night of light activities, but the privacy of this house is a must. We’ll definitely be back!!
