Nice hotel. Heat was out. They like advertising their breakfast but not the price. Still, will definitely stay again. They provided us with a space heater and the rooms were very nice otherwise. Great location.

I had mold all over the ceiling of my bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful relocating me to a new room. Second room also had mold in the bathroom but not as bad. Nothing felt clean after that. Outdated look, chipping paint of everything, stains on walls. Overall lack of care for the entire building and did not feel comfortable. Ended up checking out a day early.

Let it be known, if you check in with a pet, you will be placed in the ‘older’ section of the hotel. I paid for a premium room, but after checking in, we were placed at the back of the hotel, in an obviously very tired room with a bed removed. For a traveler, the room was totally fine, but barely acceptable. We had a clean room and bathroom, but limited outlets, handprints on the mirror, and didn’t feel that we received the room visible in the pictures. The hotel was acceptable as clean and safe, but not what I paid for based on photos.

I wouldn't stay here again even if you paid me. The first room I was put in was apparently a dog friendly room. Lamp shades were busted and had stains on them. Ketchup or blood. Who knows. Top sheet of bed had black dog hair on it... I get moved to another room. Clearly a room that has some updates and less creepy/dated, but the security lock on the door is not secure amongst other creepy vibes within the room. The water pressure was so harsh it hurt to shower... The staff was helpful in switching my room, but not with anything else. They lied to me when I tried to leave a day early and get a refund. Blamed 3rd party for not getting a refund, and then changed their story to say I could have a refund, but they would charge $100 fee (Making me pay more money than the refund would offer) They clearly need the money and I hope they actually remodel and fix the hotel up, but it was truly the equivalent of a motel. Disgusting. Only plus was getting a free shuttle to the airport. Do NOT stay here.

In was in town for my dad’s funeral. One of the days, I had to call twice. One call because my entrance door (room #324) would not lock and the second call was because of the toilet backing up. In that same day, they had to move me to another room. The next day in the new room 320, I had to call because the heat wasn’t working so they had to send someone to fix it. One more thing, the hotel looked much better in the pictures than it did in person. I’m very disappointed with my stay.
