Air units through hotel were broken. I traveled with family and we had three rooms. All had no control of temp my room was at 65 and wall unit said 81. My sisters was at 78 and she had No control over temp. We stayed three days staff just acknowledged that they had issues. Pool area was humid and 95 ish. Again staff could do anything. Pool area wasn’t clean and had no toilet paper in bathroom. Maid service wasn’t available and WiFi didn’t work.

Did not like they charged $50 to my credit card for "incidentals" and then refunded my charge upon leaving.

The location to MSU was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable, we sank into the middle and the room had no refrigerator or complementary water bottles.

I enjoyed my stay for most part! Had trouble with the TV and the toilet.

This was my 3rd time staying here and I still love this hotel. Great value, great location, and looks wonderful. My only complaint would be that the mattress needed replaced because it was sagging on one side. Would still recommend to anyone staying in the Springfield area.

Room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the walls were soundproofed well.

Heater in the room did not work. It just blew out cold air. Virtually no amenities except for free Internet. No free cofee or continental breakfast. At least the Drury Inn across the street offers free coffee 24 hours, offers a continental breakfast and free dinner snacks from 5-7pm. Should have stayed there, but wanted to try something new. Big mistake. One good thing was the staff was nice. Other than that I would not stay there again.

Clean, open space, great attention to customer service. Perfect location.

No game room or tv games

Late check-in so happy to find that our room was waiting for us. The A/C was not on so cooling the room took longer than we wanted.

Called motel @ 10:45 p.m. for shuttle, when arrived at airport, waited 40 min. and then paid for taxi

The room was nice but the bathroom was just wiped down and I noticed hair on the floor that was not mine.

Very clean facility with a courtious staff,

Bass Pro - We love to visit the Bass Pro Shop. There is a Mexical restaurant in Springfield where we like to eat and drink. Just drive around. We wanted to visit the museum next to the Bass Pro Shop, but it is still not open. The trip was fine. There isn't that much to do in Springfield, but there is a lot of construction going on to get around.

We found the hotel at a great price compared to the other nicer hotels around it. I was let down to go into the room though and find it smelling of stale smoke since we ha dbooked a nonsmoking room. The tub was tiny. and the desk was VASTLY oversized when I sat in the office chair, and I am 6 feet tall. The desk came up to my shoulders when the chair was raised ot its highest position. Maybe for a vacation I would stay here again, but not for business.

Took our grandkids to Springfield and used the hotel as our "base" while visiting the sites. One of the main reason for choosing the hotel was that it had an indoor pool. Turns out the pool was undergoing maintenance on our second day so was not available. We went to the pool on the first evening. No one was at the pool, for about 10 minutes then about a dozen 12-15 year old boys showed up and literally took over the pool. They were running, diving, splashing and playing water games (riding on a buddies shoulders and charging like mounted contestants and playing Marco Polo). There was no room left in the pool so we left the pool to wait for them to leave but a half dozen young ladies (?) showed up and the activity really picked up. We left. That same group of kids were running around inside the hotel making noise and playing hide and seek until well after 11 p.m. Thank goodness they were not around the next day but the pool was close.

This was my 3rd time staying here and I still love this hotel. Great value, great location, and looks wonderful. My only complaint would be that the mattress needed replaced because it was sagging on one side. Would still recommend to anyone staying in the Springfield area.
