Our family loved staying on the water in this amazing home. Waking up to all your coffee needs was an absolute treat and then the view was just so peaceful. The hosts have thought of everything you need during your stay.-Every day was a new adventure we could take off on the kayaks that were provided by the hosts and be connected directly to the springs. Lovely hospitality and one of our favorite vacations!

Lots of room and convenient location

There were 9 adults staying and we were very comfortable with private bedrooms. The layout of the house was great with lots of outdoor space. Any questions were immediately answered and addressed, great stay.

Momkidvacay

This was our 2nd annual mom kid trip and we had a blast. We had kiddos from age 5 to 16, and they enjoyed the kayaks and the river wild life. We saw mommy and baby manatee in the canal along with dolphin in the main canal. We also loved being right across the street at Upper Deck. The house was fantastic for being spread out and giving us all a little reprieve. Definitely would book again!

Manatees every day

We stayed in June, a little late for the manatees but we had a family, including a baby, visit us every day. Kitchen is well stocked and many amenities were included that we really appreciated. Make sure to bring your own beach towels as there were only 4 for the 13 of us. We had a few hiccups but communication and remedy were prompt with the owner.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer

9 of us stayed over Easter weekend and it was such a nice and relaxing time! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need to cook, the property was clean, and very peaceful! The cell service was spotty, but it was actually just what we all needed to be able to unplug and enjoy each other’s company. There was more than enough room for everyone, which was nice. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect for Big Family/Friends Vacation!

We absolutely loved staying here! And we took full advantage of all this beautiful place has to offer! Breakfasts on the deck, kayaking all day with the manatees and fishing at the pier, late afternoon corn hole, ping pong tournaments, drinks and apps at Upper Deck, family dinners in the large dining room and bar area, watching the egrets and cormorants return each evening to roost in the trees on the canal, singing around the fire pit, watching movies late night…and probably more I’m forgetting! The house was so well stocked, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We travel A LOT and this was by far the best rental we’ve ever stayed at! So much space for 11 of us to spread out! It made for a perfect family and friends vacation!

Amazing

It was amazing, easy access to the swimming areas, plenty of room, all provided supplies was a bonus. The upper deck a walking distance for a quick snack or beer, stores located about ten minutes away. Manatees came right up to the dock almost everyday, turtles visited us, it was overall a great location. Games were extra cool, ping pong table was a hit for our family. The amount of kayaks was an added bonus too! The host was very cool and the communication was just a 10/10. I definitely recommend.

Last minute staycation

Everything was simply perfect! Starting with the swift communication with Brian, the location of the property, the cleanliness of the house and all the extras. Just wanted to start by saying the house was very clean, and comfortable. The air/ fans made it very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, and we loved the coffee bar with all the extra goodies. The location was great, with just a short ride out to the main river. We really enjoyed having access to the kayaks and paddle boards. We got to see a lot of manatees! Our last min staycation before school starts was perfect. Thank you, Brian!
