"Always great to reach one of the Starhotels through Italy. Clean, great design (maybe a little more light in the hallways?), delicious food and a supeb staff. Friendly and profesional at the same time. I tour Europe at least six month a year and stay at 4 or 5 stars hotels and during 2025 it's been very hard to find even a smile or a friendly welcome both in Swiss and in Italy. So the polite and friendly atention we'got at E.C.H.O Milano was refreshing. From Francesca and Mark at the restaurant to everybody working at the hotel was awsome. Next Spring while touring Italy during 3 months or so we'll cernainly come back many times to this true gem, even though we do not particulary enjoy Milano. Congrats. Grazie mille. Ci vediamo! "
