3 Bed Town Home

My wife and I enjoyed having our adult children with grand children. They totally enjoyed the warm pool. Good location and the owner was super in communicating and dealing with any issues. Highly recommend the place.

Very clean and prepared for guests. Absolutely everything we needed. Very comfortable for all. Great location. Appreciated the garage parking very much. Everything exactly as stated and more than we expected. I appreciated Patty's hands on approach through the pre visit and check in process. For sure would stay again

Winter Getaway

Spacious Condo

The condo is very beautiful and spacious that is conveniently located right in the heart of South Padre with lots of restaurants close by. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the big fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room. Any problems we had Patty took care of them right away! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The best VRBO on SPI

This VRBO was absolutely amazing! From booking all the way to checking out was a breeze. The Host was by far one of the best we've ever had and reccomended several things that we did and truly enjoyed as a family on the island! I highly highly recommend booking this & not thinking twice about it. Ps. The house was stunning as well and had plenty of room for a family or group of up to 9. Thank you once again for making this part of our vacation AWESOME!!!

Beautiful and Clean

This was our first time staying at Island Oasis. We loved it! It was so clean, beautiful and had all that we needed. The beds were so comfortable. We even asked what brand of sheets they use. Lol The house has a small pool but was perfect for our kids. The adults were able to enjoy the ac and watch the kids play in the pool. The bay is steps away from the driveway and the beach is a couple of minutes by car. We were able to watch the fireworks by walking to the Bay area. We highly recommend Island Oasis.

A great getaway

Location was perfect! The house was well stocked with everything we needed including kitchen utensils, a coffee bar, and pool towels. The rooms and beds suited our family perfectly where two adult couples had rooms w one big bed and the kids were together in their own room. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We all really enjoyed the private pool and used it alot throughout our stay. Patti was an amazing host! She was super helpful. She answered all the questions we had, was very attentive, and had plenty of suggestions about what was going on and things to do. We'd come back here over and over!

5 stars!

I have three little ones that have trouble finding comfort in unfamiliar places but that was not the case with Casa de las Palmas! This home was beautiful, clean and comfortable! My kids felt right at home! Our host was so helpful and would respond immediately if we had an questions. The pictures really don’t do justice to how great this rental is! Thank you for a great experience!

One of my favorites on SPI

We’ve stayed in SPI multiple times and this place was one of our favorites. It exceeded our expectations as it was even nicer than pictures show. Clean, quiet, gorgeous and hosted by the nicest lady. The bay is literally steps down the street and the view is amazing.

South Padre Gem

We LOVED our stay at your home! It was gorgeous and comfortable! The pool was a nice little extra for my 11 year old fishies too. Communication was awesome and everything was top notch! Home is a hidden gem on the bay side. Can’t wait to go back again soon!!

Definitely Will Book Again!

Host’s responsiveness is VERY fast. We visit the island once or twice a year but we can never find the perfect spot… I think we finally found it with this one. The pictures do NOT describe the property accurately (in a good way), the living room is way bigger in person. It looked small in the pictures. Beach is just about a 3 minute drive… but this property beats everywhere else we’ve stayed so far, even the ones with direct beach access. Property has 2 separate AC units, one for the lower floor and one for the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Backyard is small, it’s basically a pool that takes up the whole area but it was plenty for my family of 4 plus 1 five year old. It’s temperature controlled, lighted and very clean. Zero complaints.

Excellent home beautifully decorated with a wonderful heated pool!

Were were able to stay at this wonderful home with it extended family. Our grandchildren loved the heated pool. The location was perfect, restaurants and the beach were nearby. The host was very helpful in sharing favorite restaurants and activities. We would highly recommend this! We are hoping to stay here again in the future!

Amazing property

It was such an amazing and beautiful home. The pool was perfect for the kids and adult to just hang out. The kitchen appliances are new and worked great. The towels provided were extremely soft. Great stay and would love to come back.

The pictures do not do the condo justice! Everything was way better than was expected.

This is by far one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in and we’ve rented MANY properties at the island. Patti was more than helpful with any questions throughout the booking and check out process. We will definitely rent this property again. It is nicely furnished and has all you may need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect place for large families and friends

Very clean with up-to-date furnishings and appliances. A 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoyed the heated pool and appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and cookware, the only items missing were basic condiments such as sugar, salt, and pepper. Could use more specific instructions for the front door lock. Overall, very pleased with our experience.

Even better than expected

This place is amazing and stunning! Loved every single thing about it! Private pool water was cool (not like bath water temp), which is huge for me! Loved having our own garage to take the Jeep top off and store safely. Location was perfect, quiet and traffic less busy. Beds were comfy and had all of the amenities we needed. Everything was upscale and the little detailed touches were noticed throughout the house. Thank you Patti for a wonderful time!!! We will definitely be back and have already recommended to family and friends!
