What a beautiful house with plenty of room for us and our grown children and their families! We enjoyed everything about the place: the spacious, well-stocked kitchen, the restful patio and grassy backyard, the front porch with room enough for several people to sit and relax, the side porch where we left our shoes, the comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and so many things thoughtfully provided: sand chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, regular umbrella, fans, extra blankets, etc. All of us loved having this house for our vacation.

Family Vacation

Location is perfect!! Short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. Loved the outside shower to rinse the kids off when we got back from the beach. The house felt very spacious with 14 people in but yet cozy enough to get to sit and spend time with a loved one. The front porch rocking chairs were a big hit with the elders, allowing them to watch the grands ride their bikes. Planning on going back in a couple of years.

Super clean home with lots of space!

After renting other homes in the area the few years, this by far was the cleanest home I have stayed in. I felt comfortable enough to walk barefoot in the home, which is super rare for me. Plenty of space for our group to gather and we loved the front porch! There were plenty of supplies and household items and everything was in great condition. If I had any feedback, it would be the kitchen sink needs the faucet head fixed or replaced as it sprays when initially turned on. But super minor in comparison to all the great aspects of this house. Our group is seriously considering renting this property again next year for our annual trip!

South Haven

Big older house with a great kitchen and room for a big group. Close to the beach and a short walk to a great children’s park or downtown. We really enjoyed our stay with our children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Teacher Time!

This property was "Superior!!" The rental was clean, well stocked, roomy, cutely decorated, close to the beach and the perfect place to spend time with my teacher friends. This group vacations together each year, and has high expectations. Everyone was pleased. If you're looking for some suggestions they would be; a fire pit, hot tub, gazebo and outdoor patio lights. These additions would enhance the outdoor patio experience. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back! See you next year, South Haven!

Great beach location, family friendly and clean

This place was impreccably clean and in a great location by the beach. Three blocks to beach. Maybe 7 blocks to downtown. Kids were all able to walk without strollers. They had the house fully stocked and a nice wagon for kids too was a bonus. It was seriously clean- not the sticky floor “clean” some rentals claim. Really clean. Great hosts. Easy check in and check out. Nice neighborhood. One master bedroom downstairs and rest of bedrooms upstairs. Only one bathroom upstairs, so that’s a consideration if more than 2 families are staying. We had a great time and no complains whatsoever. We’d stay here again!!!!

Great new year getaway

This property was as advertised. The home was nicely furnished and had all we needed for a quick holiday getaway. The house felt bigger than it looked online and plenty of room for people to spread out. Thanks for a fun weekend.

Beautiful South Haven Rental.. close to beach!

My family has been coming to South Haven for over 20 years. We were so happy with this rental. Since our family has grown it was perfect for the 12 of us. The place is newly updated kitchen is large and well equipped. We loved sitting out on the front porch in the morning enjoying our coffee. We were a couple of blocks from south beach and not far from the Kid's Corner playground and downtown. We were so happy we booked it again for next year!

Excellent weekend beach house getaway. Home was clean & supplied plenty of lysol wipes to protect against Covid. Very accommodating for 11 of us & room for at least 4 more people. Within walking distance to the beach. 3 min to Near by restaurants & grocery stores. Great communication from property manager. Only downfall was no overnight parking on street. Otherwise we had a great stay.

This was a great place to stay over Christmas.

We had so much fun having family under one roof. Even though it was Winter we still walked to the beach most days and into town. We ate every meal at the house and were in need of nothing. The house is stocked well. Beds were comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. The kids had plenty of room to play and the adults spent a lot of time playing games at the table after the kids were down for the night. The owner was exceptionally responsive and conscientious. It was a great stay; nothing negative to report.

"Girl's Get-Away"

The house is just lovely and was super clean! Huge kitchen and dining room for the six of us to prepare and enjoy our meals together. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. Just wish we had had nicer weather (it rained a lot) so we could have sat outside on the patio in the evenings. Just a beautiful house!

My Happy Place

So relaxing!! The house was big enough that everyone had their own bedroom and never felt crowded. The backyard was spacious and our family meals were enjoyed outside. The front porch was lovely and a great place for your morning coffee. I have been renting in South Haven for many, many years and this is one of my favorites!!!!

Perfect house close to the beach with all the amenities

We so loved staying on this property that had all the charm and convenience of renting near the beach. The house was not only very clean but provided all the little things that makes a huge difference in your stay. For example, there was a wagon as well as beach chairs and umbrella for the guests to use. They provided plenty of linens and had a washer and dryer for us to use as well. The kitchen also had everything you could need on your stay as well as an outdoor shower and covered side patio that helped to keep the sand out of the house. I’d highly recommend this property!

Great stay!

I rented this house for my sister's bachelorette party. We had the best time and LOVED this house! It was perfect for our group and so spacious. It was so clean and organized. Plus, it is is only one block from the lake. I highly recommend staying here whether it is a group of adults or some families.
