Very special cabin!

This was our third summer at Al's Place and we absolutely love it. The cabin is beautiful and in pristine condition. Could not ask for better communication with the property manager and owner. My personal favorite is the gorgeous back patio with porch swing. Getting out of the Phoenix heat I can't spend enough time there! There is something for everyone. My husband and son loved the games and puzzles that are available. It is truly an oasis of peacefulness. Definitely plan to go back.

Comfort in the Pines

I wish the scale would allow 6 stars! The cabin was immaculate, extremely well stocked and comfortable upstairs and down. The AC was great - taking the edge off those few afternoon hours of peak temps. We love the neighborhood - quiet and great for walking our dog. Coffee on the back porch (or that evening glass of wine) made our mountain stay that much more enjoyable. Keri and Linda were responsive quickly with questions - we are looking forward to our next stay later this summer!

Wonderful family Christmas

What a wonderful and surprising first impression when we walked in the front door! It was Christmas! A 10-foot tall, flocked and lit Christmas tree was just the beginning. Every room was tastefully and beautifully decorated. The amenities were outstanding. The fully equipped kitchen was top notch. Bedding was plentiful. comfortable and cozy. The fireplace was the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time relaxing and celebrating the holiday. Hats off to the owner and property manager for thinking of every detail with handy and helpful instructions. Truly outstanding! Hope we can return! Happy New Year!

Relaxation in the pines

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Everything was well prepared for our stay and the property inside and out is immaculate. If you are a dog owner as we are everything is provided that you could possibly want. Dishes, covers for the furniture. Leashes etc. I would highly recommend this property and the manager. Absolutely wonderful!

Pinetop getaway

We had a wonderful weekend getaway to this beautiful cabin in Pinetop. This property was very clean, well maintained and had all the amenities of home. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the porch enjoying the nice weather and nature. Had fun visiting the local lakes to fish and hike. Enjoyed family board games and dinners together. Would highly recommend this property.

Al's Place is Fantastic

This was our 2nd year spending our summer vacation at Al's Place and it was fantastic. Beautiful log cabin home, amazing porches with lots of seating and an awesome porch swing, very clean, every attention to detail and the property manager is excellent. She is great with communication and goes above and beyond. We left completely relaxed and thinking about when we could go again. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Place To Stay!

This place was perfect for our adult family of 5. We are a family of cooks and this house had more than everything you could possibly need. Close to town and skiing. Kelli was so accommodating, even reached out to see what time we would be there to make sure the house was toasty warm. And it was! The beds were very comfortable, the house was spotless. We'll be back!

Perfect getaway

This was a great cabin, comfortable, clean, well organized, & nicely furnished. It was the perfect getaway for our family. The large dining room table was great for playing games & the living room with fireplace was so relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you can think of you. All this and the owner was so lovely and pleasant to deal with.

Wonderful Wintwr Hideaway

My family and I enjoyed ringing in the New Year at Kelli's cozy cabin. The kitchen had everything except the food which we had plenty of. We were able to easily cook, bake and entertain family around the kitchen island. After eating around the table we relaxed in the living room with plenty of space for 7 adults, a baby and 3 dogs. We loved enjoying hot drinks out front or out back on either deck. Kelli made communication a breeze, always available and replied in a timely manner.

The Perfect Fit

For the last 13 years, my family and I have rented a cabin in the woods to celebrate Christmas, and the number 13 must be our lucky number because out of all the places we have stayed over the years this one was by far the BEST! Communication: Right from the start Kelli, the property manager, was very communicative and answered all my questions. She was great!! Home: I am not sure how, but this home is even cuter in person than it is in the photos. It didn't feel like a rental at all but rather more like a home I owned. In fact, I am jealous I didn’t buy it!! When I am traveling, I like to set up my environment by unpacking and finding a place for all my items. When renting a home, this can be rather challenging since the homeowners typically lock up so many cabinets and closets. I often find myself having to cram things in small places and feel disorganized for a week or so but that was not the case with this home. As I said, it felt like my personal home, and all the closets and cupboards we unlocked allowing for ample space. They even allow you to use the garage!!!! The home had little notes to indicate how something should be used. They even laminated the instructions to the fireplace and kitchen appliances. Everything about this home was so thought out which only added to its charm. Yard: Lots of space for the little pups to run around and plenty of space to build a family of snow people. Location: The location of the home was great. Far enough from the main roads that you didn’t hear the noise but close enough to make a quick run to the store. Overall: In case it was clear, I would highly recommend this place. If we end up spending time in Pinetop in the future, we will be sure to rent this place again. Thanks again for everything! Oh I almost forgot. The water gets hot sooooo fast which in the wintertime was extremely nice, Now that I am back in my own home, I already miss this small little luxury.
