Beware booking with Cabins For You
The house was dirty on arrival. Not a complete set of towels in the cabin. Dirty, dried up from the last guest pool towels were hanging in the pool room. The few bath towels provided were under the mold stained cabinets. The dryer is broken, which is fine if we were provided as many towels as we needed for our family of 12, but was told only 1 towel swap is their company policy, making us reuse towels or told us to go to the laundromat ourselves. The shooting game is broken. Blood was on pillows, mattress pads, and comforters. Counters were clearly not wiped down upon arrival. The refrigerator didn’t close correctly. The coffee pot lid was missing and was not provided a new coffee pot until 2 days before we checked out. Pans from previous guests were put back dirty in the cabinets. The board games were in ripped up boxes sitting on top of the refrigerator with puzzle pieces all around the living room floor and outside on the front deck. The pool alarm was disconnected on arrival, which was fixed, but on top of everything else was just an extra inconvenience. I will not be booking with cabins for you, since they can’t make exceptions for something so simple I should have been provided.

Mountain Top Getaway
Pete’s Peak was darling. The house is adorable and provided lots of space for everyone. When they say “peak”, it is true. Definitely settled on the steepest hill I have ever had to drive up. It was very clean. Wish the water in the hot tub was a little cleaner (it had an oily film on it when we went to get in).
I do believe this space is newer, so it did not have anything extra in the kitchen besides cookware. I am used to basic items such as salt and pepper, even cheap tinfoil and plastic wrap. So we had to make an extra trip out just for those kinds of item.
Another downfall was that the internet did not work. A guy tried to fix it, but was unable.
I will also add that the doors are particular with needing to be shut and locked. We came home one evening to all the doors to the outside on the 3rd floor were open. It scared the crap out of us as none of us had gone out there.
Other than those few issues the cabin was great! Located within 20 minutes of the areas we ventured around.

Wonderful!... with one caveat
Our stay was wonderful. The pool and spa were such a nice feature. Everyone had a great experience. However, we left one of our bags with personal items inside the bathroom and remembered on our way home. We filled out an itemized lost and found ticket with them and were told they couldn't find our items. Either they threw it out or they kept it for themselves. It was our mistake leaving it so I can't be that mad but it is frustrating. I'm sure we were not the first ones to ever leave something behind accidentally.

Beautiful view
We had my daughter's birthday party at this house. It fit 6 adults and 7 teens comfortably and kept everyone spread out.
Pros: best view I've ever had while staying in a cabin. It is off in the cut but close enough to still enjoy the city activities. The indoor pool was so much fun. Cabin is very stylish and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes and silverware.
Cons: the hot tub was extremely cloudy and needed a good cleaning. The pool was heated, but you were not able to control it so it was pretty chilly. The kitchen area is tight. Only 1 person can move around to cook. Wasn't a big issue, but cooking for a large group made it a little difficult. If you are having a large group I could recommend brining a large skillet. The largest one there is a very small medium size one.
I would recommend an outdoor sitting area to eat on the deck. I wanted to be out there the entire time we were there.
Overall this is a very very nice cabin and we loved the view and it worked perfectly for our group. I would recommend this cabin.

Great entertainment space, poor cleaning service
My family and I really loved this property! However after driving seven hours to get here, we were really excited about finally getting to lay back in our beds and relax. That unfortunately is not what happened, instead I had to clean one of the bedrooms along with the bathroom. Apparently their cleaning crew didn’t clean it, there was dirty dishes and dirty laundry all throughout this bedroom and bath room. There was also a full trash can in this bathroom, Then later discovered there was frozen beer bottles in the freezer that had leaked out into the freezer. I reached out to the host, and she honestly acted like it wasn’t a concern and wasn’t apologetic at all. She did however offer to send someone out to clean it…that person never showed. So after a couple hours, I messaged the host and told them I’d just have to clean it myself since their people never showed. Once again not apologetic at all. Other than that, that was our only issue. The rest of the trip was great, very close to tons of shopping centers and tourist attractions. And this is the perfect house to keep everyone entertained, they have plenty of things to do inside the property. Our kids loved the pool! Hopefully they will look into the issues with their cleaning crew.
