For a one night, “just need a bed” it’s okay. Walls and doors are thin, pool is closed for repairs. Morning coffee and Hostess prepackaged available for morning continental. Property is being offered for sale.

Cheep hotel but you get what you pay for. Not clean. No elevator and old tired looking place.

There is No elevator, the front desk lady was not as hospitable, and needs improvement in friendliness but the other staff and housekeeping was especially nice. It was under renovation, not sure how long it has been going on for. No pool, breakfast and surroundings are unfinished.

They didnt have what i order i paid for a 2 bedroom and they dont have them due to be under construction at this time then they give me 1 bed a room for 4 people but have to pay for another room. Would not horror the deal for what i paid for. Then at last min they say we have 2 bed a room but it in the construction area but you have to wait for another 2 hours to have the room some what done and clean up and put back together. Room was somewhat clean.

location good, renovation terrible, awakened at 4:30 am by construction noise

Smelled like urine musty No pool no breakfast I felt ripped off for $170 that was the worst place I’ve ever stayed!

Vending machines and Pool and spa under were out of order, but room was clean and quiet

Great price

Was overpriced because of mother's day.

Great place to stay.

It was a very nice clean hotel. Staff was very nice!

The room was nice and clean and good area plenty of restaurants and stores around..staff was good

My room had bed bugs. Wall are thin. Room needs to be updated.

The location was conveniently located off the I-17 and within easy reach of Cottonwood and Sedona.

The rooms were clean, no problem with the rooms. The outside however had several "tents" leaning again the cars in the back of the parking lot so I'm assuming there were homeless folks using as shade.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the front desk. We will use this for training. Renovations are almost complete.
