Fantastic!

We have stayed here for the past 3 years and love it! The house is always clean, and the beds are comfortable. The dock is great to fish off of, and the view is gorgeous! 5 stars!

Nice location but there are issues with the house.

There are a few things that need attention. When we got there Saturday, the HVAC downstairs was on auto and the vents in the bedroom were blowing hot air. I changed the thermostat to cool and it cooled as it should. A day or so later it was cool outside so I set it back to auto and it provided heat. The upstairs shower in the hall bath runs hot, then cold. then hot, then cold. I don't know if it is a water heater or shower control valve problem. There were no problems in the downstairs shower. It would be helpful if the listing stated there is no coffee maker other than a Keurig. The Keurig worked fine and there was a good supply of pods but we brought coffee expecting a coffeemaker. There must have been one at sometime since there is a permanent filter and paper filters on the top shelf in the cabinet. The internet was out during our entire stay which was a real problem since I had work to do and was depending on it. Plus the TV's only have internet based service so no TV. I have communicated these items to Shelby, the host, over three weeks ago and followed up three days ago but she has not seen fit to respond. Communication before we booked the location was quick but afterwards just silence.

Really nice place

This house was so nice, and well kept! The house is very well furnished, and the owner accommodated all of our needs. The porch and balcony are great with beautiful views of the lake and sunrise. I highly recommend, and be returning.

Labor Day Lake Bob Sandlin Retreat

We are a group of classmates that have been doing a weekend on the lake for 17 years! We loved the house size, location & amenities. The only things we wished were better was the grass should have been mowed it was too high & snaky. It was kinda cool so we used the fire pit & walking to & from the pit in flips flops was not fun. Also the master bathroom was not cleaned, toilet was dirty.

Great Retreat

Loved the property! It was a great retreat for all of our family to get together. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Loved the porch and fire pit area by the lake. We will definitely keep it in mind for another family get together!

Such a beautiful lake house. Looks right over the lake, double boat dock and huge fire pit.

The enormous kitchen island made it so convenient for putting our Thanksgiving feast together. The lot was perfect for playing ball, fishing, swimming or sitting by the fire pit. It was the dream house and setting for a family gathering but alas Mother Nature disagreed and it pour torrential rains for 3 days. Maybe you will have better luck. This Vrbo is a dream. I recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful time! The house is very nice and has everything you need!

We really enjoyed this house, the property backs up perfectly to the lake with no sudden drop offs. Great for kids and it makes it easy to do water activities. The back porch and dock has ceiling fans which makes it enjoyable to sit and relax. Perfect little get away!

Breathtaking views

We had a wonderful time with the house and the lake. The dog is adorable and sweet! It was so peaceful and private lake entrance and depth of water made swimming with kids safe and easy. We will be staying again!

Fantastic Property, Great Hosts

This is a spectacular location right on the lake. This house is very clean, spacious, and an absolute pleasure to stay in. The hosts left very detailed instructions on how to check in, where to go in the local area, and a step-by-step process on checking out. 10/10 would stay again.
