Bedroom 4: Three Single Beds, One Single Bunk Bed, and Two Convertible Chair Beds
Flex Space: Sleeper Sofa
For added flexibility, the convertible chair beds and Pack n’ Play portable crib can be positioned in any room.

Key Features:

No parties or events allowed.
Minimum renter age of 25.
Maximum of 8 adults and 4 vehicles.

Comprehensive child amenities: Stroller, highchair, booster seat, baby monitor, and kid-friendly dinnerware.

The home includes all necessary linens and towels (both bath and beach). The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living space and features stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, and a bar counter with stools. It's stocked with everything from pots and pans to a coffee maker with complimentary coffee supplies.

Dining and Relaxation:

Indoor dining: Kitchen island and dining room seating.
Outdoor dining: Patio set with chairs and a lounge chair.
Entertainment: Cards, board games, and pool toys.

Outdoor Features:

Gas grill with propane provided.
Saltwater pool heated to 85 degrees (weather permitting).

Additional Amenities:

Central air conditioning.
In-unit washer and dryer.
Essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products.
Beach equipment: chairs, umbrella, cooler, and more.

Important Notes:

Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed if air temps drop below 70 degrees.
Please inquire about pet approval and refer to our house rules.

Booking Policy:

Strictly no party policy. Failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction and forfeiture of payments.
