The U-shaped house wraps around a large patio with free-form pool. 40 feet of glass doors open onto the 1400 square ft lanai for 100% indoor/outdoor living.The lanai looks into a tropical garden and behind that is an 8 foot fence for total privacy. Two of the bedrooms overlook the pool. The terrazzo granite floors throughout-out the home have been restored and the house is completely updated with new furniture, window treatments, linens. All beds are encased in 'Allergy Armour' mattress bags.
This is a true pool house. There is no fence between the house and the pool. All the doors, including the living room and kitchen, open directly onto the pool area. If this is a safety concern for you, you may not want to choose this house. The sliders lock and the doors have burglebars on them. Instructions for the burglebars are on a bulletin board behind the front door.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a 15 minute walk gets you to Starbucks, a grocery store, Crunch gym and other shopping.

We are four miles from Siesta Key beach which is rated one of the top 10 beaches in the country. It is an easy drive and there is plenty of parking at the beach. There are beach chairs and beach towels at the house.
