The true gem of the king primary is the large private open-air patio with bar seating for four with stunning gulf and town views. This third-floor penthouse in the heart of Seaside, has an amazing, private rooftop terrace with views of the town and the gulf. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular! The unit is very beautiful and is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Just a heads up that the bathroom is very small and there is not much storage for luggage or clothes. There is a tiny built-in for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The photos make the rooms look bigger than they actually are, but it is perfect for two people, Also there are a lot of codes to remember, but these keep people other than guests from coming up. It is extremely difficult to get a parking place near the unit even in October. The designated parking signs they have for these top floor units are just a few inches from the ground on the curb so unless the space is vacant you cannot see the designated parking space. Other than that, the convenience of being in town square and being able to walk or bicycle anywhere you want to go is worth any other inconvenience. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen is perfect and the views are amazing.
