Last minute get-a-way for 1 night. Very kind hotel staff and extremely helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at location and how close it was to 101 and quick drive to downtown State St in Santa Barbara. Appreciate the front desk, they were all great!!!

Other than the refrigerator cycling on and off, the room was pretty quiet.

It was very nice, quiet, great place to stay on the go. I liked it, but the bed was took firm and only three pillows left one of us with only one flat pillow. I have great love for the shower though.

Quiet area. Easy access by car to area attractions. Reasonable rates. Kitchettes. No garbage disposal. Should change to lower flow shower heads.

We went to SB for overnight stay only. Cannot say much. It was ok for overnight stay. Room was dirty in the corners and under the sides of bed. It didn't bother us, cause we didn't eat there.

But really, it wasn't that bad. It's a budget hotel so there aren't a lot of extra comforts. Never needed the kitchenette, but it could have used an update. The room was clean, bathroom seemed to have been updated recently, but water wasn't super hot (although there were several soccer teams staying and I think everyone was showering at the same time). I like staying at really nice hotels, but for a one night stay, this worked fine.

It just was not a pleasant experience overall. Staff did not feel that friendly, the bed was uncomfortable. It was fine but was hoping for more.

comfortable, convenient and a wonderful, helpful, friendly staff!

For the amount of money I paid, I expected something a little better. When entering my assigned room I noticed how extremely dated and unclean it was. I went downstairs to inquire about another room. I was told that all rooms are in the same condition and renovations will be done "during a less busy time". Really? I was still shown two other rooms but sadly, my original room was "better" than the others. The lady, sensing my disappointment could only offer a weak "sorry". I had prepared to use the kitchen area to store my food but after one look at the condition of the counter and refrigerator, I decided only bottled water would suffice. This place ruined my opinion of not only Extended Stay hotels but of Santa Barbara as well.

Our room was not cleaned any of the days of our stay. The housekeepers even show us leave our room. They had all day to clean our room but didnt. We were gone most of the day.

Once checked in, the hotel staff informed me it was $10 extra to get maid service. The hotel was dark, and it felt like there was a lot of shady people staying there. The amenities were no so great either...no pool, gym, or computer station. Oh, and the breakfast was a joke. It consisted of quaker oatmeal and pre-packaged greasy muffins.

Convenient hotel. Over-priced for the amenities but average for the area. Could have more breakfast options (fruit, protein bars, yogurt) but nice to have coffee and some to go breakfast items. Staff was nice but we complained that our room especially the bathroom smelled of smoke and they said others have also complained but did nothing about the problem.

The location was nice, but the hotel is OLD...and the towels...well, I would not even wash my car with them:(

Hotel was clean and spacious room. Didn't feel like luxury by any means but surprisingly nice for the price.

Friendly staff, quick checkin. Comfortable room. Enjoyed our stay while in town for Mason Jennings concert in Santa Barbara.

Service: not so great but ok Overall experience: Average

Kevin at the front desk was great, came in at 10pm signed and got my keys. Room was clean. Grabbed breakfast on the way out, very happy.

room was comfortable large enough good water pressure

Excellent experience- very nice and personable staff from the beginning through the end of our stay. Large clean room with kitchenette and ample storage, pet friendly with nice pet area, grab and go coffee and snack was perfect.

Room was hot and stuffy and air conditioning was too loud to sleep with it on. Felt like I was in a jail cell! Our room was non-smoking but the hallway reeked of smoke, held our breath when we went out. It was minimalist at most.
