Kyler was super helpful and caring! Great staff working there!

My girls (13,10, 8) enjoyed the stay. Usually their criteria is the speed of Wi-fi which was great. Unfortunately for myself, I could hear almost everything through the walls as well as the loud heater and refrigerator clicking, so as long as I have ear plugs, it will be fine.

Everything was fine with my room. Was surprised by how large the kitchenette was, though didn't use it as I was only there for 1 night. Only complaint was that the people in the next room were very loud in the night and also in the morning. Guess that's not really the hotel's fault, though.

The front desk guy was very kind & helpful. But trash were evrywhere in the hallway.

Great location. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Extended Stay advertises breakfast, all they had was coffee & packaged muffin!

The bathtub was had a plumbing issue. I took a shower at night before bed and the water was still there in the morning. I had to wait until about 10am for the maintenance guy to fix it. The breakfast that was included was an empty coffee pot which I had to wait for them to refill and some granola bars and muffins. The staff was not at the counter most of the time when I needed them. It seemed like there always hiding.

Bare bones room which was just fine but the bath tub and kitchen faucets leaked.

The location is close to UCSB and few miles from the Santa Barbara Harbor. Price is also affordable

Great parking- nice sized rooms with fridge Should NOT have to go to desk to get a glass

Our first room smelled very strongly of weed. We had to asked to be moved, and the woman working the front desk was very kind and switched our rooms. We were moved to another room that also had a unique smell, but it was bearable. The kitchen was old and just like the bathroom, it could have used a deep clean. There was hair and leftover items from past residents in the drawers. The TV was great & there was lots of good channels for entertainment. Checking in and out was very easy and the location near the freeway was nice (about 8 min. drive to State St.). I wouldn't stay here again, but it served it's purpose for the price (very inexpensive for the area). We had no issues with noise or other guests.

the staff at the property were great! the hotel had a funky smell in certain areas the room was never cleaned, I had expressed to the hotel that we wanted our towels and linen cleaned (like any other hotel) however the hotel said they didnt note this down breakfast was just muffins, oatmeal, and granola bars + coffee. very simple but still better than nothing amenities very bare. no pool/tub and no gym

Don’t come here for vacation purposes. Bed is not comfortable and pillows are very light. The room was cleaned and smelled ok but it was outdated. You come to Santa Barbara to enjoy spend little more. You will not enjoy it.

It's not disgusting, but it is neither clean nor comfortable.

It was all right for the price. Good location. Didn’t like that their was no pressure in the shiwer
