Had plenty of room for our big family. We appreciated the king beds and the simplistic feel to the rooms. The cleanliness was good, the instructions were easy to follow, and the overall process with everything was easy. Recommend staying!!

Overall stay was good beds are a little too firm There was left over urine on toilet when arrived but not a big deal I had Clorox wipes , stove is missing knob , maybe add some tvs to some of the bedrooms Host was great a/c was comfortable

Great communication with host. Easy to check in. Good amount of supplies in the bathrooms. No dishwasher. Plenty of dishes. No foil, plastic wrap, etc.No hangers in closets. No laundry supplies. Biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. There was hair in the bathrooms and they were not cleaned very thoroughly. This house needs a good, deep clean, and more thorough cleanings between guests. I can understand a basic expectation of taking out the trash, putting all your dishes away, even gathering linens for the laundry, but most of the clean up is left to each guest. Given that checkout is at 10, it is a lot to ask to clean up enough to make it suitable for the next guest, which also leaves a lot of room for interpretation of what is suitable and clean. There was a lot of room and a good layout for a large group. Overall, I can deal with the lack of basic supplies mentioned, and appreciated the large space, but the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing.

3 sisters and 2 nieces. Stayed for 2 nights. Went to the Neil Diamond Musical. This home is 7 minutes to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and shopping at South Coast Plaza. The house and location was PERFECT. A lot of room. Beds are very comfortable. Bedding is cozy. Could use some mirrors in the bedrooms. Getting ready in 3 very small bathroom mirrors was interesting, but we made it work. Take mirrors with you. Great home! We had an incredible 2 nights.

Okay rental

We stayed at this property for a UC Irvine graduation. The location was close to the campus but in a much older area of town. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. The house was spacious (very large master bedroom, good size great room). The master bed was very comfortable. The game room was very hot (it’s an add-on to the house that I don’t think has AC). For the most part the house was fine however it is a bit run down and needs some attention. The drain in the guest bathroom didn’t work at all and you stood in inches of dirty water while showering, one of the knobs on the stove was missing so a big burner was not available to cook. No garbage disposal. The baseboards in the bathroom were very dusty/dirty. The garbage pail foot opener was broken. The blinds were broken. Little things that are easily fixed but unfortunately were not.

Good: property was big and had enough space for the 9 of us. It was clean, well-kept, toiletries in the bath were a nice touch; the small outdoor patio was nice and the game room was a hit! Can be Improved: not having a dishwasher in a house was a huge let-down! nobody wants to do dishes on a vacationm, especially with a bug family! There were no extra linens/comforters available. Also, water in the common bathroom shower was always super cold or super hot - no way to control anything in between.

Amazing Stay!!

This house was so perfect! Check in was easy as pie and the house was bigger in person. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone had their own space and not having to share a bathroom with the teens was icing on the cake! Lots of places to hang out, super comfortable beds, an absolutely great neighborhood with super friendly neighbors and kids out riding bikes and having fun. You are about a 15 minute drive to Disneyland, so that worked out perfect for us. We enjoyed the firepit outside and all the lovely fruit trees. The limes were absolutely delicious and took our cocktails to the next level! All around a great rental and you won't be disappointed.

A great home away from home!

Before my trip even started the host was already reaching out to me and being very organized. They messaged me code for the door, what to expect, and rules the day before we arrived. They messaged me the day before check out to let us know know what to. It was fast and easy and no stress. The house itself was clean, organized and have everything they listed on their site. Rooms were spacious and fit all of my family. Nice clean bathrooms as well. The back yard was nicely decorated and enjoyable along with the rec room. The driveway fits two cars depending on how you parked. You can also park your car in the garage which is where the washer and dryer were located. The kitchen had all the things you may need to cook along with spices and oil. It was also very clean and organized. The host also responded back fast if and when you reach out to them. The neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet. Overall this place was beautiful and spacious.

This playcation home is spacious, very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our kids love the game room and kept them entertained for hours. This home is perfect for our large family. They provided everything that we need, it’s like being home away from home. Most definitely will rent again.

Great Week of Family Fun

We had a great week staying at Paola and Alberto's Home. Large living spaces, amenities and game room made for fun interactions. There were a few minor maintenance issues that they will be addressing (shower diluter valve and garage door). Paola's quick and complete communications were top-notch. Cool, relaxing 3 days

My family and I had a pleasant stay. Pillows and beds were comfy. It was a bit hot outside when we were in town so we really appreciated the cool air whenever we came back to the house. Plenty of space in the great room. My kids loved the air hockey table!
