Property old, outdated, inside and out, needs major improvements. Does not deserve more than two stars.

Our stay started off with them not having a reservation for us, even though I had a confirmation number from Orbitz. Luckily, they had a room available. Our stay was not that great. I was staying with my two young daughters and I payed extra for a king bed with pullout instead of two queen beds. There were no linens for the pullout, so I called to have some delivered. After two phone calls and an hour later, I was brought a sheet and no blanket. I was told that they did not have any blankets, but they would look. After two more phone calls and another hour, I was told that in the entire hotel, they could not find one blanket. Other issues included no towels available at the pool and ice machines that didn't work. Our friends with four family members were also staying and were provided with only three pillows. They were also told that they did not have any more pillows available. So, one of their family members slept without a pillow that night. Very unacceptable and I will not be staying with them again.

They don’t clean your room or give you new towels even after a week stay. Try charge outrageous prices for parking and door not tell me until I called to inquire about the charges on my card. No microwave and honestly this hotel was not up to the usual Hilton hotels that I’ve stayed in

There isn't a zero star for this, it's like a run down motel $160/day that charges customers $20 usd/day parking fee that isn't disclosed anywhere on orbitz for people to see before they book the rooms. Leave alone no other hotels of about 100 that I stayed in US and Canada for the last 20 years that charges hotel residents parking fee.

Terrible experience- Bed sheets has stains and I had to change the room.

I would highly recommend this establishment. It has so many positive things going for it I would definitely stay here again

Total satisfaction

It’s an old building & u can hear all the cars of the window. Old AC units make so much noise & couldn’t sleep

Refrigerator not working. No access to water or drinks. Not clean.

It was an ok hotel. The outside was not that clean but the rooms were nice and clean. Nice staff.

The property was very dirty the maintenance on the property was horrible it seemed to me that they were hosting a halfway house

On site phone answering non-existant. Poor airport shuttle. Staff seems out of control of details of operations.

There are couple things that can be improved: 1/ There are two lights in the bathroom of room 401; only 1 is working. 01/02/2020 2/ Ad states that Parking is available. Should have stated that Parking is available for additional fee. 3/ Wi-Fi should be available to all rooms, not just lobby. Lobby is quite small, not enough room if all guests come down for Wi-Fi. 4/This hotel should not carry the Hilton name.

Breakfast is not included, and the closest restaurants are several miles away. This means guests are forced to consume hotel's restaurant.

Dear Ms. Ashley, I am sorry to hear our hotel fell below your expectations. We definitely want you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay, and we are working hard to soon begin renovations. One of our agents would have been more than happy to have a microwave delivered to your room upon request. I do apologize regarding the miscommunication with parking fees. I did do some research to make sure all websites disclose our parking fees, and I did find that these fees are disclosed during check in when you register your vehicle and are issued a registration tag, as well as online. We thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we wish you safe travels and a happy near year.

Dear Mr./Ms. Kalum, I am sorry to hear we fell below your expectations We are working hard to begin renovations to our hotel now that certain Covid restrictions have been lifted. I did check to see if the website you mentioned did not disclose parking fees, and it does in fact disclose our valet and parking fees of $20.00 per night. I do apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding parking charges. If you did not park a vehicle during your stay please reach out to me so I can have that corrected.
