Fiel la realidad al anuncio, Cathy un amor, no solo nos enseñó el piso sino que nos dijo sitios para visitar a los alrededores. La vistas impresionantes a toda la bahía, que se podían ver desde la gran terraza, perfecta para cenar. Las playas a un paso, la piscina pequeña pero suficiente por no estar nunca concurrida. Por poner una pega, el garaje. La subida en curva y con un suelo no adecuado patinan las ruedas y es muy complicado sacarlo. Después de costarnos la primera vez aparcamos el coche fuera, como la mayoría de los vecinos.

Nous avons été accueillis amicalement par Cathy. l'appartement , l'emplacement avec la vue sur mer sont top. Seul bémol la petite chambre est accolée à l'ascenseur qui fait un bruit horrible la nuit, difficile de dormir paisiblement.Quartier calme et toutes commodités à proximité, nous avons passés 14 jours sans prendre notre véhicule. Animations tous les soirs aux alentours. Nous n'excluons pas d'y revenir ....

Appart tres belle vue

Appartement propre mais petit meme pour deux. Par contre terrasse exceptionnelle avec vue sublime.La personne qui nous accueille d'origine belge est un peu trop bavarde mais sait aider s'il le faut.Par contre ce que nousn'avons pas aimé, si vous ailez l'ambiance vivantr espagnole ne venez pas dans cette ville qui bien que coquette, tres propre n'est pas tres espagnole. Trop calme et bourgeoise anotre goût . Par contre les gentillesse des gens est remarquable. On a une belle leçon avprendre surtout nous qui vivont a Nice.

Belle terrasse et vue mais appartement trés petit et vrai problème de parking souterrain

La vue de la terrasse est superbe. le confort de l'appartement est un peu juste: le canapé est vraiment raide, manger à l'intérieur est un peu compliqué avec la table et les tabourets pas conforts dutout. l'appartement n'est vraiment pas pour 5 personnes! en revanche si il fait très chaud la vie sur la terrasse est sympa.Le parking en sous sol est vraiment inacessible: en 4x4 nous avons eu du mal à remonter. pour les vélos, le pied d'escalier dans les parties communes est trés bien.le rapport qualité/prix est correct.Cathy est super sympa et ultra réactive.

Dès que nous arrivons tout d abord la vue est à couper le souffle! Et que dire de l accueil de Cathy… un amour, plein d humour et de bons conseils. La ville est très agreable calme et dynamique à la fois. Les activités à proximité foisonnent. On oublie le parking en sous sol mais le stationnement est aisé et sécurisant dans tout le quartier et d ailleurs toute la ville. Un bijou de location

Geweldig klein appartement

Het appartement is klein en zeer fijn met een heel groot terras met zee en haven zicht Fantastisch! Cathy heeft ons perfect ontvangen. Het appartement heeft een grote luifel tegen de zoon, een airco/ cq verwarming systeem, inloop douche en alles is er. Alleen de bank was te laag voor ons.

Super séjour

Appartement idéalement situé à proximité des commerces du centre ville et de la plage. Une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de St Carlès. Résidence calme et propre. La clim, la piscine tout était réunis pour passer de supers vacances. Merci aux propriétaires ainsi qu'à Cathy pour leur gentillesse. Seul bémol le parking très difficile pour en sortir. Appartement petit mais très bien équipé, la terrasse est magnifique, le seul et gros soucis c 'est le parking en sous sol, nous sommes descendus une seule fois et remontés avec d'énormes difficultés et appréhensions, avec un S.U.V. il est impossible de remonter tellement la pente est raide et le virage difficile à négocier. L'environnement est agréable et l accueil avec Cathy fut très sympathique avec une personne très à l 'écoute
