More than just a Port in a Storm

Despite the modest external appearance, this is a very well fitted out, modern hotel with clean, comfortable, functional rooms. The 'sea view' requires a slight neck stretch from the balcony, but there is a useful fridge, safe and very efficient air-conditioning. The continental breakfast is plentiful and has a good range of choices. Staff are welcoming and helpful and also have a good command of English. Parking only available in the streets nearby, but La Rapita is a quiet, relatively crime-free, pleasant old town with plenty of space.

Good location for the Delta

The room was perfectly fine for one night and is a close drive to the delta which was great. Service was friendly and the breakfast was good. The cleanliness left a little to be desired though. There were hairs everywhere that were not ours. We didn’t ask to change rooms as we got back in late and were tired. There is ample, free street parking .

Nice little hotel.

It was a really good stay for the .one night that we were there. It was really clean and all furnishings seemed quite new. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good.

Our stay in Hotel Del Port.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in this hotel. It is situated about 100 meters from the sea front and only a short walk to the centre of the town. One of the ladies on reception in the hotel, who could fortunately speak very good English, was very helpful to us. Continental breakfast was good with a good choice. We couldn't fault the hotel. Parking was very secure in an underground car park just around the corner. Couldn't fault anything.

Holland to Almeria overnight stop

Lovely hotel, 2 minute walk from Marina or Beach, only drawback is parking which I was able to find a space a couple of mimutes walk away from the hotel and it was free.
