Great Location and House

4 friends rented for a golf weekend. Great spot !! Close to Wimberley and San Marcos where we played. Great house and the pool was refreshing. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Relaxing retreat

House was as beautiful as shown. Property and surrounding area were extremely quiet. My kids loved exploring the surrounding area and playing in the pool. Kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to cook and grill without any issues. Just know there is only 1 television in the family area, none in the other rooms, which I was concerned about but ended up not being an issue. My only complaint was the beds and pillows were very firm, I prefer something softer, but that definitely did not diminish our enjoyable stay. Do plan on staying here again in the future.

Deceptive listing. In the photos, there is a pool, with lights on, and a hot tub. After arriving, I found there is no means provided, to turn on pool lights or heat the hot tub. Apart from this, the property was very nice, but I thought I was getting a functional hot tub and pool

Great stay and location!

Loved the place. We had a minor issue where the fridge went out before we arrived, but we made it work with a cooler. No fault to the vrbo! Would consider staying again in the future!

A Needed Break

Outstanding Property

I wanted a private, relaxing vacation with pool access and fun nearby…this property delivered my wants and needs perfectly! I can be critical in my reviews, but I honestly have zero complaints about this property. Location is unreal….the house is in a sparsely populated neighborhood…houses are set back on a VERY quiet street…the house sits back, easy access and the pool is quiet and totally private. The drive to San Marcos, Wimberley, and New Braunfels could not be easier…10 to 20 minutes and there’s even Uber! The house was clean and absolutely well stocked with whatever we needed…we cooked breakfast and dinner there 3 days and had zero problems preparing full meals. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and left nothing to be desired. The outdoor space and pool was truly resort level..that is not an exaggeration….privacy and luxury….you have to experience it. I asked a question about the property once…and I got a response quickly…I trust that if any problems came up that they’d respond just as quickly. Do yourself a favor….book this one!

House was very nice and laid out well. Pool was fantastic and the outdoor sitting areas were nice. The house was remote enough without being too far from San Marcos. The whole family loved it!

Such a great getaway

My husband and two six year olds had a great time at Minglewood. The playscape and pool provided hours of entertainment we only left the house once! Quiet area, plenty of stars at night and beautiful sunrises.

Very good location for Graduation

Love the location and the house is great, perfect size for our family. Would be nice to be able to use the pool spa, disappointed in that. Also, we were surprised that we had to supply our own rest of TP and paper towels, they left us less than half rolls in both baths. Otherwise, we loved our stay, thanks so much for a comfortable home to enjoy for our Grandson's TXST graduation weekend.

Nice house, needs to be cleaned

The house is beautiful, spacious and the pool area was exactly what we were looking for. Upon our arrival we noticed right away that one of the toilet seats was loose and a bathroom mat was stained, I informed management and they said they would address it. Since we were only staying for a weekend it was no big deal. Unfortunately, as the day went by we noticed just how dirty the house was. The floors were filthy, all furniture was dusty, the linens in one of the bedrooms were stained. Knowing I am being charged a cleaning fee, it is really disappointing that no attention was given to the condition of the rental prior to our arrival.
