I stayed here for one night with my son and husband. I am not familiar with the San Jose area so I didn't know any better when I booked the room. First off the location was not the best, we got there at night which made the location look even creepier. When I walked to the lobby I had to weight there before any of the staff members even acknowledged me, which by the way there were 3 of them. Once I was checked I asked the staff member if the parking spot we were in was ok for us to park in then he told me yes but I don't recommend the parking garage,,,, Which just made be feel even more unsafe, so i grabbed my son and husband and ran to the room. Once we got to the room it was ok. There was no fridge which was a bummer. Other than that don't have much to say about the room. I would not stay in this hotel again just because of the area and how rude the staff members were,

Place is in great condition overall. I liked the size of the room and the renovations. The bed was comfortable. The window was difficult to work around. Location could have been better and I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. Guests should be getting a free voucher.

Loved the lighting, super pretty. Not so much liked the very fancy shower curtain that however is not water proof and just turns into a big sopping wet curtain if you shower very long.
