Let's go to the Beach Beach!

Great time with 6 adults, a 1-year-old, and a 2-year-old! Being right on the beach was perfect for a family with small children. We were also close to many great places for lunch, dinner, and drinks, so we didn't need the cars. The kitchen worked well for the few times we cooked Parking a mid-size SUV in the garage was easy; finding a place for the full-size SUV on the street wasn't as easy but it worked out. I would go back

Annual Family Beach Vacation

The house is everything as advertised! Perfect for our multigenerational family. Easy access to the beach! Ample space and seating on ground level patio. We especially enjoyed the fire pit at night! The second level with the collapsing sliding doors brought the outside in with an incredible view of the ocean and beach! The kitchen has almost any appliance you would want. The living area is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend! We are already booked for next summer

Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration

We had a group of 7 people from 9 to 80 to celebrate both Thanksgiving and an 80th birthday. The house is beautiful, location is great. However, there was NO hot water for our entire stay. We did contact Blue Water and they got 2 different repair people out on the same day, during a holiday weekend no less, however, they did not fix the problem. It is hard for a group of 7 people to go 5 days without any warm water. Other than the freezing cold showers, it was great.

Perfect location and amazing house

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway and it was everything we were hoping for and more. The open living room and sliding doors were beautiful. The views were spectacular. We would just sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crash and watch dolphins jump. The house has everything you need and is in the perfect location right next to Pacific Beach and close to Mission. Checking in and out is very simple as well. Great spot and hope to be back next summer.

FANTASTIC BEACH HOUSE

Exactly as pictured. Quick walk to restaurants. Feels private even though it's on the boardwalk. Great for morning walks and sunsets. Only issue is hot water runs out faster than you can rinse your hair (had to use the sink). Overall, fantastic!

Quick golf stay

Great location for golf outing. Very challenging weather but house was great. Amazing view easy access to freeways even though on peninsula. Not quiet as big as I thought but plenty big for up to 6 people.

Fantastic getaway

Friends weekend in February. Beach accessible. Property well maintained with everything you’d need in the kitchen for meals. Great weekend. Great place.

Beautiful location

This VRBO was stunning in location—the ocean was right in front of us. The massive sliding glass walls brought the sounds and smells of the ocean right to us as we sat on the comfortable sofas in the living room . The accommodations are as described and comfortable. The house itself is in need of upkeep. The molding around the kitchen door kept coming off every time it was opened. The hot water tank drained cold within minutes of starting a shower. The bench seat at the dining table was cracked in half and was reassembled with L brackets that was dangerous and wouldn’t hold a young child. Toilets clogged. Utensils were broken ( spatula, cork screw). The floors were sticky and full of sand when we first arrived. There was hair in the bed and on the wall of the bathroom. For the price that we paid for the rental and the cleaning, I expected better.

Perfect beach home

Amazing property! Everyone loved it! The firepit was perfect! The fire inside didn’t work and some issues with the bbq but aside from that it was perfect! Slept 7 comfortably!

Beautiful home, great location!

Our family really enjoyed this home on Mission Beach. We loved the location as it was right on the beach and walking distance to fun restaurants and shops. The giant sliding glass doors in the family room are amazing! We will definitely return!

Right on the boardwalk

It was a great place for a long weekend. The place and location was perfect. Do be aware that with the house right on the boardwalk there’s a constant stream of people right by the bedroom windows many different hours of the day. It’s not a problem if you are aware of it and know what to expect.
