Relaxing Time

This was a perfect place to relax. The unit next door is under renovation during the day. The neighborhood is friendly and a lot of activities for your stay. When they say the parking is tight, believe it. The smaller your vehicle the better for the assigned parking. The unit was nicely furnished and the welcome basket was thoughtful. A gas / electric fireplace would be a great addition for the chilly nights.

Great Location

Good: The property is in a great spot where you can walk right out the back door and onto the beach at the bay. Two levels are nice if you want to put your kids to bed and not wake them up like we did. Bad: The dishwasher didn't work and you could tell. 80% of the dishes when we got there were dirty. We also had blood spots on our back door patio on the concrete outside. When we asked about these items the property manager did not communicate well and although they did bring plastic dishes for us to use, this was only after really explaining how disappointed I was. Overall I'd say a great location but pretty bad service.

The location was incredible! The bay beach was our backyard for the week, where our young children were able to play in the sand and the water without us worrying for their safety. Entertainment, restaurants, and amenities were all within walking distance. Excellent!

Loved that the house has a big front yard so you have a bit more privacy from the people on the boardwalk. Bluewater Management was awesome. Loved that the whole wall opened in master bedroom and looked over bay. We left it open the whole time.

A great little place

We loved this little place. Took wife and three kids. Easy access to bay side or ocean side. Nice and clean. Excellent service including fixing a broken dvd player. Everything you could need for a short trip was there. Because of its great location by the Catamaran there is some extra foot traffic passing by so it seems a little busy at times. I would always recommend bringing along a good clean non stick pan from home as the non stick pans in rentals are pretty beat up, but this is a minor point. Hoping to come back someday. Only 2 hours from Sea World btw...
