Honest experience

I want to be honest without appearing to be nit-picky. The photos look better than the actual condition of the older home. On cleanliness: the couches were soiled and required us to cover it with sheets to sit on, the floors were sticky and unclean bathrooms had spider webs behind the toilets. The outdoor areas were unkempt, with leaves everywhere, making the supposedly enjoyable backyard less appealing. The linen closet also had sheets thrown in haphazardly. I raised these issues, and a few more, with the host and asked if we could break the agreement to find a more suitable home, which they agreed to but would not refund the remaining days due to the no refund policy. So we chose to stay. Regarding location, while it’s convenient, it's near a very loud bar and the highway, leading to sleepless nights from loud music and cars. On responsiveness, the host did send someone to blow leaves, but I wouldn't call it proper lawn maintenance. They offered to send cleaners again, but I declined because their cleaning standards didn't meet mine. We also experienced a power outage that affected the internet and the host was prompt in responding.Overall, not one I would recommend without a deep deep clean, new couches, and a maintenance/cleaning team that have standards

Nice place to stay for family

This was nice place to stay with young kids and teens. The home is older but clean. Not in a neighborhood and lots of construction going on around right now.

Our stay was great, the property was just as expected. The host was incredibly helpful & communicative. I resuscitation live the gated pool given i have a 2y/o. Oh & we LOVED the fire pits.

Home close to La Cantera, Six Flags, and UTSA

While the house is close to several attractions, the stay started as a disappointment. We booked our reservation for Dec 26-29th, 2023 in September of 2023. When attempting to check in on Dec 26th, we discovered the owner had booked over part of our reservation, so we were out of a place to stay on the 26th. Kudos to VRBO for quickly finding and booking us an alternative location to stay on the 26th. While the owner/manager of the property - SA Keys refunded our first night's stay and did apologize for his oversight, we are choosing not to stay at a SA Keys property in the future. The house has plenty of space for large families, but could use some TLC. While some areas have been updated, several patch jobs had mis-matched paint and the bathroom in the master bedroom is very tight. It is hard to utilize the toilet without sitting sideways due to a cabinet on the wall right in front of it. It was easier to just use the main bathroom. This was not the home for us, but others may find it useful for their needs.

Seaworld family trip

This house was perfect for hosting our family and friends as we visited Seaworld for the weekend. Location was great; there was also a cute park across the street for us to walk to with the kids which was a bonus. We loved the pool! The kids loved the game room and bunk bed room. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, comfy

This place has a great location with easy access to the interstate and none of the noise. Distance to the attractions and sights is all under 15 minutes. Check in was easy, everything was clean, all the necessary amenities for a temporary home.

The property was clean when we arrived, check in was easy enough and they were helpful and answered questions promptly. The location was nice as we were not far from six flags and other fun lactations. One large issue I had was that available cleaning supplies were not properly labeled and left by sink. One bottle of cleaner said no bleach, however, when I cleaned with it some got on my shirt and bleached it. This can be very dangerous and cleaning supplies should be labeled properly! Also the foozball table was lopsided so it was difficult to play. Other than that we have a good trip!

Great family place

This property was perfect for us. We took our two kids and two grandkids on a sea world vacation and there was plenty of room. The private pool was fantastic for the grandkids. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals there. I would recommend this property to any family going to San Antonio.

Perfect size for family

I will never rent a hotel again, THIS IS THE WAY TO GO!!! The house was very spacious and had multiple beds to accommodate everyone. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool and deck was wonderful. Conveniently located to Fiesta Texas, a neighborhood bar and grill (walking distance). We had a blast!!!

Summer Getaway

The property is conveniently located near a highway, which is easily accessible. However, it is still in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is great for relaxing after a long day out enjoying everything San Antonio has to offer.

San Antonio Trip

We frequently stay at this house when we go to San Antonio. You can’t beat the location of the home and we have enjoyed all of our stays. We were so grateful that it is fenced in and pet friendly! The host was easy to work with, and we never experienced any issues. The house fit our needs perfectly, and we will return!
