Front staff was very nice. The toilet rocked a lot and the hairdryer was broken. Told front staff upon checkout to fix issues. Breakfast was usually hot sausages and scrambled eggs along with waffles, toast, muffins, etc. I liked the indoor elevator to reach my room.

When we arrived we could not used the bathrudor 3 hrs needed to go to Walmart to the bathroom!
When I got there we couldn’t do an 30 minute early check-in. I asked if my room would be ready at check in at 3:00. She answered “maybe” so much construction going on that it was so loud on the 6th floor.
Shower water temperature varied
The outside is very neglected, ash trays are nasty, too much noise from construction, the inside is fine rooms are great.

I booked this hotel thru orbits for the free airport shuttle. Upon check in, I asked what I need to do for it and was told it only runs from 6am -? (I don’t care what time in pm) my flight leaves at 5:45 (need to be to airport by 445) Just another added expense. Along with the bed sheets have holes in them, the mirror in bathroom could use a good clean as it has a film on it, half of the lamps in room do not work.
Not really clean and had to ask for housekeeping. Wasnt done daily w/o asking for it. Some staff members not so friendly. Acted like I was inconvenienting them.
