Check-in went smoothly. All downhill after that. Numerous hairs in the room and bathroom- on the toilet, in the shower, on the walls. There was something on the dresser top (clear stuff) and on the toilet seat and floor. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all and I had a long hair on my foot after my first shower. Orbitz showed a 4.1 rating which is usually okay. Not the case here. I purchased some Powerade and waters from the front desk and asked for a receipt. One of the girls said I couldn't have one because the other girl had closed out the screen. I explained that this was a business trip and it was expensable. Suddenly they try to figure it out as I stand there long oneough that I suggest they just deliver it to my room once they figure it out. I get a call in my room telling me it's finished. I asked if it would be dropped off. Nope, I needed to go pick it up. I told her I'd get it in the morning. Not sure if mgt. overheard, but it was slipped under my door that evening. Will not be back.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice and hotel was close to my destinations.

First time in San Antonio and any question I had or when I need to be directed to a good restaurant the staff were amazing

Needed a room change which was accommodated. Was told to leave luggage in the room and it would be moved to the new room however that didn't happen. The front desk person basically called me a liar. Other front desk people were friendly and helpful. I left a nice note and $20 with the luggage to be moved. I had to go to the front desk get the key, retrieve my luggage but of course the $20 was gone.

Great location with quick easy access to major freeways. Tons of shopping and great places to eat.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and unfortunately you can start seeing the passage of time in the rooms. Worn-out tile, liking faucets, damage rug....A shame as competition in the area is huge and they are letting some rooms deteriorate without good maintenance. That's has been my experience in my last 2 stays. On the good side I will say that service has improved mainly as it relates to the shuttle service which is very helpful.

The staff were friendly & facility was clean & inviting. Free internet & breakfast included to make the visit more enjoyable as I was able to get some work done from my room.

Shower water couldn't be regulated. Breakfast not long enough. Never able to use that service. Ended at 9:00. Snacks at a minimum. Bed very comfortable. No restaurant.

We loved the hotel. Parking was easy to find. Our request for first floor was honored. Only disappointing thing was when we were ready to go to bed, the comfortable/duvet had... what looked like "pee stains" on it. It really grossed us out! Not just one or two stains but they were all over. Thank god I took my own blanket, because I was NOT about to cover myself with it. Good hotel. To bad their housekeeping wasn't up there with the rest.

The staff was courteous the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay very well. I hope to come back soon.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Location was just perfect for my trip plan.

Stayed the night because I had medical tests early next morning. Hotel was clean but we needed to get an early start and breakfast was not available at 6 or 6:30 AM.

unclean room, cigarettes & drug paraphernalia left in room & drawers. uncomfortable, old bed. no air conditioning in hallways 100+ degrees. spend your money elsewhere, there are plenty of options in this area for the same price or a little more.

The hotel was great. It had every service I expected and more. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

My daughters and I needed a one night stay at the end of our trip in San Antonio. The hotel was perfect for us. Our room was clean and quiet. Staff at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. There is a shuttle that runs every half hour to the airport, but if available, it will also take you to restaurants and shopping within a few minutes of the hotel. That was a big bonus for us, since we were without a car for the day and had quite a few hours between check out and our flight departure. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered shuttle service for those who flew in. Breakfast was good but you had to get there early because it got very busy. Many good restaurants were close by. Also a Walmart is next door to the hotel.

Very helpful staff and great breakfast! Refrigerator in room needs to have a freezer.

dirty and poor customer service.
