The carpet in the room look dirty and old, it gross me out to step on it without shoes.
Staff was rude, wouldn’t give us another key when the one wouldn’t work. Our shower wasn’t cleaned. The pool looks nothing like the pictures. Food closed way early even though they said it closes at 9am, went out there at 850 and they had already closed it down.
Great service clean comfortable room. Can’t ask for too much.
It was close to the air base. Black mold in bathroom, tv didn’t work at all! Kind of dingy overall. When I asked to cancel after 15 mins in the room I was hassled over a refund! Completely unhappy with room the we reserved ahead of time. Had to find another hotel.
Really enjoyed ourselves, friendly staff, had no issues or complaints. Would definately stay here again. The location was perfect, not too far from Malls, riverwalk, traders village.
Was surprised to find not a single place to hang clothes anywhere. Not in the bathroom or main room. Had to hang my items on the leg of the ironing board which was mounted to the wall.
