Best views on the island!

I’ve been visiting Emerald Isle my whole life (5 decades) and we always stay right on the beach. This property and unit have the best views, is right on the beach, and the building is great. Thanks!!

Gorgeous condo

This condo is expensive, but beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! The porches were fantastic and the beach view was incredible. Loved the gym, game room and pool. The property manager was available anytime and so helpful with questions! We even had a welcome basket! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing ~ Clean ~ Beautiful Views of Atlantic!!

Definitely recommend this home. Beautiful balconies, beds are great! Property owner is great! I forgot yo contact her about our late 1st day arrival . She called me, resent the checkin process!! Stacie is awesome! When visiting this area, we will definitely rent this clean beautiful place again!!

This condo was simply perfect. From the comfy outdoor furniture directly overlooking the ocean to the well appointed bedrooms we were so impressed. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving there and had everything we needed in a fully stocked kitchen. We are grateful to the great communication with the property manager and will definitely be back. Home away from home

It felt like we were staying in a home away from home. Very spacious condo giving us plenty of family time without feeling like we were in each other's way. Clean accommodations. Great quality. The host was very responsive. And the grounds and beach area was not too busy.

Lovely beach front condo

The condo itself was lovely and the beach was not overly crowded. Our only issue was with numerous other people staying in the same building that had their dogs off leash. My children are terrified of dogs (have been bit previously), and multiple times entering/exiting the elevator would come across large dogs that were unleashed. The actual VRBO was very nice and we had a wonderful stay.

We spent four days here after our son’s wedding and it was an absolutely perfect place to unwind! The views, from multiple rooms were amazing! It was so nicely decorated and well equipped. Easy access to the beach and pool! We can’t wait to come back!!

Great Beach Condo

The condo is very nice, and the complex was not crowded at all. Renters should be aware this is a seventh floor condo which is concerning with small children. The railings are climbable, furniture is oversized and very close to the railings, and the drainage openings are large enough for a toddler to fit through. We had to completely stay off the balconies. One night we had to evacuate at 5:00 am for the fire alarm, and our toddler stepped on an open six-inch Bowie knife on the beach. Those are not the fault of the owner, but they affected our trip. The rental does not include beach towels as claimed, but the manager went and bought some for us which was helpful. Still a great condo!

Beautiful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and clean condo. Spectacular views of the ocean and sound. The only suggestions would be some throw blankets and a couch that isn’t so slippery- it was hard to get comfy. Otherwise, perfect!

Family Beach Week

Nice layout with multiple balconies double the enjoyable living space. Private access to three of the four balconies provide family free escapes with a large common area for group togetherness as well. Nice community pool. Great quiet family oriented beach. Garage parking. The elevator ride for beach access was less of a burden than expected. We are used to a oceanfront house but this was a very nice alternative. Immediately accessible owner or manager. Will stay again.

Beautiful unit

Probably one of the nicest condos on the beachfront. Unit is beautiful with decks on that face beach and also let’s you see the sunset. Property manager was easy reach and solved the issues we did have very quickly. Hard not to enjoy a stay here.

Paradise in Indian Beach

This property is amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated and the amenities in the condo are exactly what we needed. The view of the ocean and the sound were beautiful! The staff on the property were courteous and extremely helpful! Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect Beachside Resort

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Villas Resort - our unit on the 7th floor had wonderful balcony views…even got to see pelicans up close fly by and we could see dolphins in the sea and the long stretches of beach. Kitchen/living area was perfect and all en-suite bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making your condo available.

AMAZING beach rental!

5 stars is simply not enough for this place! It was the most beautifully decorated and well appointed condo we have ever rented (and we have done MANY). Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and so much more, super comfortable beds with nice linens, and a view to die for from every room! Resort had great amenities - pool, gym, game room, that made it even better and provided beach chairs and umbrellas saved the hassle of bringing our own.. Property manager was super nice and responsive and answered all our questions. Can’t wait to go back!
