Our family chalet of 50m2, ideally located between the La Clusaz and Grand Bornand resorts, invites you to a peaceful getaway. Designed to offer optimal comfort for 4 people, it can accommodate up to 6. Additionally, if you have pets, the vast surrounding spaces make it the perfect place for them.

HOW IS THE KEYS DELIVERED?
Reception and handover of keys takes place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

IS THE END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash cans to be thrown away and, where applicable, the cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes).

/!\ LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED:
Household linen (sheets and towels) are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own household linen. These services are offered as an option. To book directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Rental of linens (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.

NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes under 3 conditions:
- Travelers must remove hair upon departure (= You will need to vacuum – even if you have the cleaning option)
- They are forbidden from sofa, bed, armchair etc...
- They cannot stay alone in the apartment.
- Cats are not accepted
It may sound harsh, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum
- The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans to be thrown away and, if necessary, cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes)
- A deposit is provided for certain reservations. We use the independent online bail service Swikly. The deposit is secured in the fortnight preceding arrivals (not debited/does not affect the ceiling of your credit card). It cancels itself 20 days after your departure).


/!\ We are not able to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left and so on).
