Had a small family gathering in Roseville and this property was a perfect place for us to stay. We all enjoyed hanging out on the outdoor patio watching football on the tele. Having a pool table and ping pong provided plenty of entertainment options. Place was very clean and well laid out. Location was super convenient

Comfy, Cozy, Clean

The house was spacious, comfy, and very clean. The hot tub was amazing and yhe backyard had a huge covered patio that was perfect for relaxing between wedding chaos. Eli responded to all our messages and questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating when we needed to add our dog to our stay last minute. 10/10 recommend.

Enjoyable Stay for Family Trip

We booked this house for a 3 day trip attending Family gatherings in the Sacramento area. The house was perfect for our group of 5 and while tucked away off the busy streets, near everything you could possibly need for the stay. It was a rainy week and perfect for enjoying the outdoor hot tub and fireplace. There is also a nice outdoor living room space. Communication with our Host Eli was super easy. We actually forgot a few items and they were kind enough to ship it back to us. In summary, we all agreed this is somewhere our family would enjoy staying again the next time we are in the area.

Really great home in Roseville that is clean, spacious, on a quiet street with a stunning backyard complete with hot tub, sitting area, great lighting & greenery. We loved the home. Close to shops. Owner very nice and responds almost immediately. Would definitely stay again! Thanks.

Excellent Accomodations

The home was very clean, and spacious. It accommodates a family of 5 and a small dog. We enjoyed the billiard table, ping Pong table and hot tub. It was within walking distance to a park and grocery store. We have been to many other VRBO's and this was out favorite.

Great home, great amenities and location!

Amazing stay. Loved the one story, open layout; bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and well appointed. Walk in closet in master allowed us to store our luggage and clothes, etc., there and keep bedroom and other areas clear of clutter. LOVED the hot tub and b-b-que, and especially the outdoor sitting area with TV. We plugged in the outdoor party lights and it was magical. Plan to stay here again, close to Top Golf and other great amenities.

Awesome house in a great Roseville location

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for the 4 adults looking to just get away for the weekend! The house is beautifully decorated, has super comfortable beds and an awesome backyard. It’s the perfect home for entertaining! We will definitely be back!

Special Occassion Visit to Town

Easy check in, great communication with the owner, overall house was clean but has musty smell and some mold in showers and air vents have black discoloration on ceiling. Outside A/C unit is filthy which may be cause of ceiling discoloration. But nice home and great location for our purposes.

Wonderful neighborhood

I had to come to the Rocklin area for a work meeting and it was school break! This was such a great spot to be able to work and have the kids occupied and enjoy the area. Great pool and ping pong table, the hot tub and a cute park just a little bit away. Was a lovely stay. Thanks
