Hello, I would like to formally report multiple issues with this stay.1.The listing advertised a garage available for guest use. Upon arrival, the garage was locked, and the host later stated it was not available.2.The property was not in acceptable condition. It was very dirty, with multiple broken or malfunctioning items. The dishwasher was leaking and not working.3.There was a severe ant infestation throughout the entire house, including all rooms.4.There were surveillance cameras around the property that were not properly disclosed. Additionally, their placement raised serious privacy concerns, as they were positioned in a way that could observe activity inside through the glass kitchen door. I have already reported this to support.5.During my stay, a bathroom door lock failed during normal use, trapping my belongings inside. I reported this immediately, but the issue was not resolved in time. Due to a scheduled flight, I was forced to pay out of pocket for a handyman to regain access.6.The host is now making inaccurate claims regarding damages, including unrelated items such as a yard gate, which I did not touch or damage. I am prepared to provide supporting evidence, including continuous video footage from my vehicle.Given the above, this stay did not meet basic standards, and I experienced significant inconvenience and additional expenses due to maintenance failures and misrepresentation.
