We were on 11th floor facing the highway but the noise was too loud, constant drone of cars going by.
I did not enjoy the hotel rooms at all. The size and space was fine, but the hallway smelled terrible and everything felt very dated, almost dirty. It was not a relaxing stay
It was extremely loud at night, we stayed on the 9th floor and had to call security at midnight because the room next to us was having a party and there were kids running in the hallway at night- saw prom dresses so assuming just a bunch of high schoolers. Not the hotels fault and as soon as I notified security the noise went down but just an overall OK experience and struggled to sleep the remainder of the night.

Staff was amazing, bar/lobby areas fantastic but rooms are old!, only negative…. Beds are to die for, didnt want to leave!! LoL I got a discount on pricing, great stay. I’m coming back next time!!
I always relate Hilton with top hotels. This hotel is old and the carpets and rooms stinks. The restaurant is really good and their servers too. But to be honest, I will reconsider to stay in a Hilton next time
Did not appreciate having to pay for parking. In desperate need of updating room. Staff at night not very interested in explaining what amenities their are, nor interested in giving directions, assist, nor answering questions we had.
Hotel was clean, however there was a strong weed smell throughout the lobby, elevators and halls. It wasn’t something I wanted my 12 and 4 year old smelling. The guy who checked me in was a little rude, although the guy who checked me out was very nice. Rooms are small. I called the front desk for 3 extra towels 3 times, and they finally brought me 2. I just gave up. Then we went to the pool ( that was ice cold) so we decided to get in the jacuzzi. After getting in, and not finding the power switch to turn it on, we were told at the front desk, that it was off limits and should be blocked off, but there was NOTHING blocking it off, not even a sign. So we were sitting in dirty water from Lord knows how long. Wont be staying again.

The property was nice. Easily located. Quiet with plenty of parking. The one thing that did turn me off from the hotel was the AC. It was 96° this weekend and the temp in the room would not go below 68° and it was VERY NOISY.
First night got woken up by loud crazy lady. They evicted her. But after I had to go down to the lobby to get another room. Went to the new room and the whole floor smelled like weed. But wasn’t bad in my room. Enough for me to fall asleep. Staff handled everything excellent. Found out who was doing it and evicted them as well. Second night was awesome.
